Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Was not worth the price. The room was pretty clean but could have been cleaner( hair in the sink stains on the bedsheets and a burn hole in the bedcover. The air conditioner was not adequate at all! Barely cooled the room down on high. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. And the parking lot was a mad house very tight and confining.
The floors in the room didn't feel damp or sticky and the location was close to a lot of amenities. Staff was informative and very polite. Overall a quiet area as well. If it was about $10 a night cheaper it would be a better deal

Staff were helpful and extremely nice. The rooms were dirty, example: Bedspreads, mattress, pillows very dirty, one pillow had Blood Spots on it. Carpet dirty and the water was shut off that morning so no shower

The parking lot had a lot of folks just lingering around. Our mattress had a blood stain on it and the safety lock was useless because the door frame was busted.
The property was affordable and maintained as best it could be. The desk staff was incredibly nice and accommodating.

we had to chance room 4 times cause they where dirty or they had nasty boxer and sock’s in the bathroom my wife got shocked on the heat and air conditioning unit had to wait 3 hours on clean towels so they could be washed
it was cheap and the manager worked with us when things wasn’t right

check in was longer due to new desk person and my room request was not available on first floor. I had 2 rescue dogs with large crates and am disabled. Had to climb stairs multiple times to haul everything up and then down the next day. Not a safe option for me or dogs.

The fact that when I checked out I was supposed to get a two day refund well there trying to say I stole stuff and smoked in the room with both was a lie I'll not be gone back there and won't be recommending it to any one reather I'll be warning people to be extremely careful

The shower curtain needed washed and made the bathroom smell like old man. The duvet cover had burns holes in it.
The bed was soft. The staff were extremely nice. The room was clean even the AC filter.

The smallest bathroom I've ever seen. Breakfast consisted of packaged food bars.
The room was clean, the beds ok, good blackout curtains, quiet. Cost was reasonable. Facilities were adequate--about what I expected.

The traffic was loud for being right next to the highway. Our mattress was held together by the mattress cover. The reviews stated of bedbugs and dirty rooms. The reviews also stated that there was a pool which was under construction for months yet there's none in sight.
Beautiful scenery, The staff was pleasant. We showed up right after reservation and they accommodated well. A small breakfast was supplied and they were alright with us leaving early the next morning.

Some pillow were hard and some were too soft, but they were all too small. Toilet was too close to the ground and too small. Plastic bathtub felt like you were on a trampoline while trying to take a shower. On our last night of staying for 7 days a cockroach popped out from behind the tall mirror near the table in the room.
The bed was ok Tv great Microwave was good Refrigerator was ok, except it freezes everything that you put into it without even using the freezer part of it. Best part of the room was the never ending Hot shower that felt great every time using it.

While they gave me a ground floor room, it did not have the extras to be expected in a handicapped room. Also, NONE of the staff wore a mask despite notes that it was necessary in common areas.

When we booked the room we were told check in was 2 PM but room wasnt ready till after 4. The hotel key card only worked for 1 night we had to go to the office at 11pm because we couldn't get into our rooms the next night.
It's a no frills older hotel. Water pressure for the shower was decent and once warm water kicked in you didn't freeze while showering.
