Pot smell really strong in hallway outside of room. No place to store your clothing in the room other than your suitcase except for hang up clothes items.

Location, decent breakfast, competitive price, refrigerator and microwave in room, nice desk in room.

That I got woke up at 2 in the morning with people running around in the hallway and up and down the stairs will make sure my next stay will be close to the front instead of in the very back and upstairs beside steps

Everything seemed old, the one washer and dryer that wasn’t out of order was pretty much worn out as you had to sit there and hold the door shut so it doesn’t fly open while spinning. I think they both needed to be fixed or replaced. The one that we used it sounded like the bearing was out of it. However the staff supplied me with change to continue washing. The aisles smelled like weed..

It had breakfast, a fitness center and the housecleaning was excellent

Rooms are updated, but rest of hotel isn’t. Breakfast is lacking, no fresh fruit.

I didn't like this: I came back after having stayed a couple days because I didn't feel well enough to move on. My second stay was not as good as the first. The first room I was given was far away from the door which was very difficult. When I went into that room some kind of torn up trash or something (No idea what but it was dirty) was in the bathtub! I was immediately grossed out and requested another room. Then I was given another room, better location but the key would not open the door. The front desk person didn't take my word for it, tried it with same result. Finally he gave me the room I was in before and it was ok after that. I also paid a LOT MORE this time for lesser service (at check in, anyway).

Breakfast was pretty good. I didn't try it the first time I was there. I liked that once I was finally put in a good room, nobody bothered me. I like privacy.

The breakfast could use some improvement. The biscuits were hard. The juice was watery. It would be nice if they had eggs and meat to go with the biscuits and gravy. I got my deposit back but I don't think just locals should have to pay a deposit. They already have your banking information, just charge the card of people who vandalize .

The price, location and cleanliness was nice. The staff is nice.

When we arrived, we waited at least 10 mins before anyone came out to attend to us even though it was 5 in the morning. Room was not what was reserved. I reserved 2 queen beds, smoking and we got 2 full size beds and non smoking. We did find 2 cockroaches in our bathroom, the bathtub was dirty and the toilet didn't flush properly.

Staff was very nice. We were granted really early check in because we traveled all night and arrived at 5am

We were not told of breakfast so didn't know it was there until checking out. I did look at it but there was no protein - biscuits, cereal, waffles, etc. So it was ok just not the best.

Bathroom needed toilet and shower fixed . Toilet kept running and shower knob was needing repair.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The desk clerk gave us another room after we complained about the neighbor being loud and arguing with someone.

The floors didn’t have carpet so they feel a lot cleaner. The ac kept the room cool. The staff was nice. They are remodeling the main lobby. The breakfast could of been better. But i got a really good rate.
