I didn’t like how it was near factories, so the scenery wasn’t the best. The workers didn’t have proper uniforms or proper attire, they either wore pajamas or just regular hoodie and jeans, no “work related clothing”. The workers were extremely nice though, The jacuzzi in our room was nice but the jets weren’t the best, didn’t have much pressure. The trash can out front of the entrance was constantly overflowing.

I love that it’s only 20 minutes from Cedar Point and it’s about 7-10 minutes from restaurants and shops.

I arrived 2 hours before check in, so we had to take our bags to Cedar Point with us. The hotel parking lot was empty at that time. If rooms were available, I would have liked to have seen a courtesy early check-in, but I do understand policy is policy, so I am not upset at all!

I don’t normally stay with this chain but my friends had a preference due to the affordable price. Overall, good interactions with staff and clean rooms.

Across from an oil refinery. Our room had an awful chemical smell like they were trying to cover up something. Could have sworn I smelled car pee in the middle of the night

The staff was not overly friendly. Check in was slow. A lot of doors banging closed during the night.

Definitely not the cleanest. Hairs on the bed and floor made our feet black. Right by train tracks that was going past for hours off and on starting at 6am. Breakfast options looked very stale like they had sat around for days.

Pretty close to Cedar Point and several food and shopping options nearby. All the staff was very friendly!

Not all outlets worked. And breakfast was very basic. But they atleast had something to pick from.

It was great for what we used it for and that was to just sleep. Hotel is older but was clean. Room was good size and clean and smelled great. Bed was comfy. Would stay there again.

No hot food for breakfast. Cleanliness was not well. Move the beds and clean behind them. Gross!

Swimming pool room was full of mold and not clean. Very limited breakfast. Found a few bugs along the ceilings and behind the beds have not been cleaned in months, wondering if the sheet was even washed on my bed. Bathroom was very small but it was clean. There were a pair of dirty socks by the lobby couch at check in that were still there when we left Sunday.

The Jacuzzi caused the lights and power to flicker when turning on. We decided not to use it for fear of electrical issues, so the jacuzzi became a glorified hot bath. It also leaked from the bottom of the jacuzzi onto the floor. All the lights were very very dim, too. Like others have said, you get what you pay for.

The heater makes the room smell bad, there were definitely smokers on the same level as us. The room needs to be cleaned better, such as being dusted. Breakfast could have been before 6am for those who have to travel early. Luckily we were on the first floor, but there is no elevator.

It was only 7 minutes from the indoor water park and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good.

I checked in Friday into the suite I had no tv the entire weekend even when staff came in twice and tried to fix it Saturday evening I was offered another room but declined as I was checking out Sunday morning also the pool was closed until Saturday evening as well
