Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms could do with a bit more maintenance (especially the bathroom), but overall it's good value.
The hotel is in an ideal location for the Convention Center. The room is vary spacious and comfortable. I had an issue with the electricity, which was fixed immediately.

I didn't like the fire alarm randomly going off all hours of the night.

Is the room needed some minor repairs. A tile and the bathroom was broken. There was a 4 inch cut in linoleum. And everything was super clean except for the floors. It was swept and clean but needed to be mopped.
The price was good. The staff was very friendly that came in every day and change sheet. Slash made the bed and took out the trash. Its location was great for universal and sea world.

The room doesn't look clean and most of the Mobilia was very old like the chair in the room it was very nasty.
Location was perfect. Very close to all the parks and was cheaper.

Should include a breakfast, there's a I-Hop in the facilities, but it's separate from the hotel.

The place is not new and can't pretend it would be nor does it feel recently renovated. Humidity is always a problem in Florida and it is there. Furniture, lights, ... are functionally okay but are not necessarily create a nice and homey environment
The Motel flags with two stars and that's appropriate. Room is of normal size with a large bathroom. I had a fridge, a microwave, a TV, AC, and ventilation in the bathroom. Bed linen were fresh and clean and room service worked well. So it's perfectly fine to stay a couple of nights when you are working in the area. Actually, they do have a pool and a nice sitting area around. Also they have an offering of beverages and meals to buy at the reception. WLAN was okay in my room.

IHOP was really badly understaffed and there was cockroach on the booth. Food was not good it was barely edible. This is attached to Day's Inn.

Shower drain nearly blocked, toilet took forever to flush & saw other guest's hair in bathroom. And thought, these days that coffee makers were a mainstay for hotels rooms, but none here.

The iHop location was understaffed and had one person doing every job. The cleanliness of the restaurant could have been better. The rooms needed updating and need to be freshend up. The room never smelled clean even when housekeeping visited. There was a lot of noise on the property during the early morning hours. The hot water was shut off the last day and a half of my stay due to an emergency maintenance situation. There was no resolution to this.
The location was near the convention center. The convenience of having the IHOP at the hotel was a plus. Staff were friendly. My room was cleaned daily and my towels were replaced every day.

AC was old and rattled a bit. So did the bathroom fan.
Great location right off i-drive, close to all of the theme parks and restaurants. Hotel room was clean and spacious. We were in the 4th floor facing the pool. Had no issues with noise or neighbors. Honestly you can't beat this place for the price.

There was a gas leak… so no hot water for 24 hours. I could’ve relocated but had business meetings… they also could have had a bit bigger tv’s… no complimentary breakfast however you can go to the 24 hr IHOP on property…
