The pool was unheated and that is why I booked there because it listed a heated pool. Very disappointed! However there was a public beautiful heated pool at Port Charlotte Beach just 8 minutes away. I would go back just over that pool on the waterfront!

The place was literally falling apart. The elevator was and had been broken for a bit. There was only 1 stair case that was available, and you had to walk by all the smokers outside. Only 1 ice machine worked. Breakfast was disappointing. Wish I could post more pictures of the outside as there were so many issues on the bottom floor.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy.

Pillows are strangely squashed into their pillow-cases and were, generally, uncomfortable.

Easy to book and select room type. Room size was great with all the basic amenities. Good Location, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The fact that housekeeping do not make the beds, nor empty the bins or refill the Tea/coffee - apartently they do it every 3 days - we were there for 3 nights and nothing.....shame as everything else was really satisfactory, and reception staff could not of been more helpful or friendly.

I have a service dog and my son has a register ESA dog they tried to charge me per deposits on animals which I argued , I was talked to as if I were dumb I’ll just explain it to you later. And my response no I will explain to you under ADA guidelines which I was interrupted and fee was waived Also, I hate you have to check in and out on a kiosk when there is staff at front desk they just did not come out of back until after check in was started on the kiosk While I have no problem with this. There is an issue with staff that work at breakfast unable to speak English it was very hard to communicate to make any request for items needed as it was mostly empty and needed a drink other than milk due to allergy I was able to use app but did witness many fellow customers quite upset over language barriers

Charged a $100. Damage fee upon check in for no cause..claimed it would be refunded. But I still paid a processing fee on the amount.

I wasn't sure on cost of pet fee, reading online reviews, people said $10 for small dog and $20 for large dog, but when I arrived, they told me $35 for all dogs. However, when I told the lady Booking.com has comments about $10, she said I only had to pay $10. The other thing I didn't care for was the automated check in with a man that was on video and couldn't speak clear English. I could hardly understand him, so I couldn't understand why I had to use him instead of the tow ladies behind the counter. duh....

Good location, comfortable beds, not too busy. Nice tables outside to sit at, however smokers were usually out there. Breakfast was adequate, however not much choice.

We checked out very early in the morning and had to talk to some guy on a computer screen who I could not understand. Stop all this computer junk. You are a service oriented business. Customers should be able to talk to real people in real time. Very frustrating when I have to keep telling the guy on the computer that I can't understand what he is saying. Also, I checked out a day earlier than planned and have not seen a credit for my last day show up on my credit card.

As I said, we’ve been here several times. Sometimes the rooms feel very clean and sometimes they’re…ehh, not bad enough to complain but just doesn’t seem like time was taken to be thorough. This time was more ehh. There was a good reason that I should’ve requested a new room, this time. Our door kept getting stuck. We thought it was the key, and had it reprogrammed. But it continued to happen. Bad enough that it happened getting into the room, but it also stuck getting out. We realized then that it was because the little ball of the top latch was getting stuck onto the other side of the latch. This could’ve been real bad if I was there alone (I could not open the door on either side) or if God forbid, there had been an emergency, it would have been hard to get out. I’m hoping that this is forwarded to them, so the issue can be fixed.

We’ve stayed here several times in the past year. We like the location, it’s not too far from our family and it’s close to a great little bar that has great food and does music trivia on Saturday nights. The staff is always so kind and helpful! The price is inexpensive and they provide a few simple breakfast items each morning.

All good .A little noise on the ground floor where the rooms have outside sitting area with Umbrellas . So the party goers noise travels.But otherwise they stopped early .
