Experienced ants in our room. We were given another room. And, that worked out.

Not very clean, exposed pipes in an entry way, third floor seems to be in much rougher shape than the two lower floors.

Breakfast was good. Hotel staff on check in were friendly however the rest of the time not so much.

My daughter informed the front desk agent of some illegal substances on the 1st floor and random people walking around the property.

The breakfast was good. And the location was great.

This particular room had a very slow flush toilet, that seemed to be plugged up..to late at night to By the morning we reported it because it almost overflowed.

The location for us was perfect. The food selection was the same as the week before, but enough options, didn't have to eat the same thing. Pretty quiet at night and comfortable bed!

The closet doors were barely hanging on, and the bottoms were damaged

The grounds were nice. I was traveling with a dog, so it was nice to have an open area. The provided breakfast was of good value.

Reception had screens & receptionist wore mask which made it very difficult to hold a conversation. No very welcoming

The ants in my bathroom (!!!!!!!) + the bathroom actually falling apart. The tiles and tub were pulling away from the wall and you could see under it.

Staff was really nice. It felt safe compared to actual Portland.

The furniture had nicks, big scratches and chips out of them. The full length mirror had some sort of brownish stain down it, and the bathroom sink had big cracks in it.

The bed was very comfortable and they have a good selection of items for their continental breakfast.

my room was quite dark and it only had one power outlet (I had to unplug the microwave) to charge my devices. There’s no restaurant on site (but does have a breakfast facility which provides toast, waffles, pancakes, cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages and burgers!) the room was a bit tired…eg, cracks in toilet cistern that dripped constantly, tV remote worked intermittently, carpet a bit sticky. it’s also,located on a freeway out from the city so had to get a taxi to go anywhere.

The black mold in the bathroom, handprints on the mirror (also in the bathroom), someone had dumped some kind of liquid down the wall behind the front door and it was never cleaned up, and the doors themselves were insanely heavy. You had to be a lumberjack to get them open!!!

The staff was PHENOMENAL, every single one of them was a pleasure to interact with. They were all helpful and looked like they actually enjoyed working there.

There were some people who hung out on the north east side of building who made it feel awkward, uncomfortable, and unsafe. I wouldn't leave my teen unattended.

The breakfast was great and the staff member who maintains it was so kind. Lots of hungry basketball players and she was so helpful and sweet.

This hotel is very dated. Signs of age were everywhere. The bathroom door was water stained, the elevator was very slow and dilapidated, the room furniture was damaged. The refrigerator shook the bed when it was running so I had to turn it off.

The breakfast was good. The attendant kept everything filled and fresh. The front desk staff let me check in early. The pub in the mall next door was great. I took a bath and the water was very hot.
