You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaStaff takes forever with anything from check-in to check-out. No exaggeration, the bed seemed harder a floor. I had to have my boss fix my back in the morning. The best "deal" they could give me when I needed to extend my stay a day was more than I could have gotten through the original booking app I used the previous day, but for reasons I don't recall at the moment, I could not use it then.
The staff was nice. Especially the younger girl that helped me re-book my room.

I would have to go to office get toilet paper if needed or clean towel. Was here for 6days and they never came i even told them microwave was messed up and they didn't come change.

United States of AmericaThe room was super hot when we arrived, and it was around 7 pm. Lights were too dim.The fridge was turned off, dirty, and water on the carpet from the fridge. By the way, there is no breakfast "due to the pandemic ".
Clean beds,restroom and shower. Quiet neighbors. Right off the expressway location worked perfect for our needs. Coffee maker was provided, ice machine accessible, and plenty of parking space.

United States of AmericaSome of the staff members were racist. When we were in the pool with people of other races no one said anything about closing tine. As soon as those people exited the pool, someone showed up talked about it has been closed. If it had been closed and you have cameras pointed right at it. You been knew been people were in it beyond closing time so why did you just decide to say something. I have no problem with rules being enforced but they need to enforced across the board and not just for a select few. I stay at hotels across the nation and this is a first.
