I reserved room in my name and they said they couldn't take credit card because it was in my husband's name, even with my husband standing right beside me - they cancelled my reservation and put it in my husband's name even though it was same room, same price but put us down as walk-ins

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of plug ins for phones.

No remote control for the tv, I call the front desk and ask for one, but never send me one to the room.

Staff takes forever with anything from check-in to check-out. No exaggeration, the bed seemed harder a floor. I had to have my boss fix my back in the morning. The best "deal" they could give me when I needed to extend my stay a day was more than I could have gotten through the original booking app I used the previous day, but for reasons I don't recall at the moment, I could not use it then.

The staff was nice. Especially the younger girl that helped me re-book my room.

That they didn't tell me I was going to be charged because their housekeeper never came to my room to clean or take trash. I would have to go to office get toilet paper if needed or clean towel. Was here for 6days and they never came i even told them microwave was messed up and they didn't come change.

There were a lot small damages inside the room. The paint in the bathroom was peeling, the metal on the corners of the wall were coming off, and it wasn’t super clean. There was hair all in the bed and inside the mini fridge.

I didn't like that the room smelled incredibly strong of smoke. The vent in the restroom want working. Housekeeping doesn't come by to check if you need more towels and sheets. The lobby doesn't open up early enough.

The room was on the bottom floor and close to the parking lot. They also had a laundry mat.

The room was super hot when we arrived, and it was around 7 pm. Lights were too dim.The fridge was turned off, dirty, and water on the carpet from the fridge. By the way, there is no breakfast "due to the pandemic ".

Clean beds,restroom and shower. Quiet neighbors. Right off the expressway location worked perfect for our needs. Coffee maker was provided, ice machine accessible, and plenty of parking space.

Some of the staff members were racist. When we were in the pool with people of other races no one said anything about closing tine. As soon as those people exited the pool, someone showed up talked about it has been closed. If it had been closed and you have cameras pointed right at it. You been knew been people were in it beyond closing time so why did you just decide to say something. I have no problem with rules being enforced but they need to enforced across the board and not just for a select few. I stay at hotels across the nation and this is a first.

The room had an awful smell that permeated even the linens. Sprayed with air freshener and after some time I was able to eliminate odor enough to stand staying at this location a continental breakfast but nothing was available Will not choose this location again.

There was 4 of us in the room, but towels for only 3. Couldn't get more. Then there was no housekeeping on the weekend. We needed clean towels, garbage emptied and more cups. Had to empty our garbage, chase down clerk for towels.etc...

There was plenty of parking,and well lit parking lot. Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water.
