The beds were super small and since I had to share with my daughter, we were too cramped. I did not get a goodnight sleep at all, which in turn made me upset most of the day. AThe towel was stained and the desk assistant wasn’t friendly at all. The next morning, the desk attendant was super nice.

Breakfast was good, but eggs would have been better along with the other items you serve.

We couldn’t park anywhere near our room when we returned in the evening and we are both handicapped. The bathroom door didn’t latch. The room smelled musty. Wasn’t cleaned very well.

Breakfast was ok just can't take it to room so if you have family that don't have the health to go get it they self won't have breakfast.

The beds were very uncomfortable all my son and I had to cover up with is sheets. Thank God we brought our own comforter. Also the staff came to our room 30 minutes before check out time to clean our room. The shower leaked for the top their where no towel to put on the floor so you would not slip.

It was a place to sleep after the Daytona Races.

Hotel had been rebranded but not refurbished to the standard implied by the name. Bathroom was just above passable in its rehabilitated state. Lighting was horrible in room. Did not find any charging place.

The room was dirty, stained sheets old blanket. The headboard was dirty( cigarette ashes in a non smoking room. Chipped tiles etc. The bed frame squeaked and popped , just very worn and old looking . No juice at breakfast very limited selection . I was hoping I had found a good place to stay and come back to at a very good price 😢

Incompetent staff to not have found my reservation. I work at a Best Western, so I know there are several ways that you can try to find a reservation without the confirmation number and I was told there was no reservation for me there, but yet you tried to charge my card!

I called around the weekend before my stay and this motel told me over the phone. I did not have a reservation there. However, I knew I did because it is bike Tober fest in Daytona Florida, so I knew I had a reservation at this hotel, and they told me I did not, so I did not even end up staying there.

Everything was old with stains or rust . The paint job was terrible .baseboards didnt match at all . Furniture was old and stained or gouged. The lamps where stainless steel i guess but had heavy rust on them . The toilet rocked side to side . The shower never completely turns off . They glued granite over the old tile work in the restroom lol. I could go on but tired of typing .

We had no water coming out of the shower except drips .the tube didn't hold water .The laundry lady was very rude , she screamed at me , and I fill that if I paid for the room that we should have been able to bring our breakfast to our room , but no !! if we did we would get charged $20 All other hotels I've ever stayed at let us take our breakfast back to our room, which is no different than going out and buying food from a restaurant and taking it to our room . And I got an excuse everyday with a different reason each time why people couldn't use the pool .. alot of people was Mad 😠 Someone needs to take over that place SOON !!
