The shutters in the rooms are awful. We had a light right outside and felt like we were sleeping in the daylight, no curtains to block the light.

Valet service was great, very helpful. Excellent location for a family, 5 min walk to Disneyland.

It was a touch muggy and the air conditioner was noticeably aged by the buckets under them outside to catch water. Not very affective when it came to cooling down a room filled with a family of 5.

The staff was amazing with explanations of services and accommodation's. The bunk beds for the kids, safe , clean and my girls loved them.

The prices went up quite much from my last stay 2 years ago.

Check in and Check out was fast and easy. The gentlemen at the parking lot parking our car were great and very kind.

I was a bit let down by the overall lack of cleanliness in the room: stains on multiple sheets; large piles of dust in various corners, especially in less-trafficked areas of the room; shower pressure was hit and miss depending on time of day; showers were also extremely loud and we could oftentimes tell when those below us were showering, and the microwave had oil spots throughout and in its corners. Parking is tight, so beware if you intend to drive large vehicles, although the valet does a great job maneuvering as needed. Pool is small and looked like it could use a good cleaning or new interior texture. Beds are well-loved and are most comfortable if using alone as they dip towards the middle; not sure how my experience would have been if I was sharing the bed. Lighting fixtures for the bunkbed did not work.

The proximity to Disneyland Parks is wonderful. The tucked-in nature of the hotel itself does make the location a bit awkward to find, but it's also nice because it's away from busy traffic/noise. Check-in process was smooth and fast. Management sent text message before and throughout our stay to keep in touch about check-in time and room service.

When the room was cleaned the trash got taken out and new towels were left but they wouldn’t make the beds or change the sheets until we checked out.

I can’t think of anything. Parking is a bit pricey, but I get it.

Check in took about 30 minutes, which seems way too long. Bed and bedding was uncomfortable. The lights from outside of each room would shine into the room at night even with the window coverings closed. adding black out curtains would solve this problem. Parking lot is TIGHT.

Not much to say here. I would like parking for second car, but understandable with limited lot size. They did provide a discount to city covered parking which was very close by. Room upstairs, you could hear their walking, but not extreme and short lived.

The mattresses were a little stiff. But still comfortable. The lights on the bunk beds were good for flood lighting. The green led for motion sensor on the bathroom light was almost as bright as the actual light. The room could use a little tlc. The carpet was wrinkled and old.

So close to the park entrance. And the ihop was a bonus for the kids eat free. Bunk beds were a smash hit with the kids. Spacious room. Kids found free toys under the bunk. Also the housekeeping staff were great. One of them even ran after me when I left my wallet.
