Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was hoping for a deeper tub so I could soak more comfortably. The fridge seal for the door was broken. The oven was also a bit wobbly.
It was nice and spacious, the pool was a big hit for my group!

Just know that they will try to get you to do a presentation because it is a resort trying to get members
Great space for our family. The pools and grounds were great. Room were clean snd beds were comfortable. Great value for the money. I will stay again

There was some sort of a detour h the st made it difficult to locate. Not the property’s fault but frustrating that I didn’t know this ahead of time.
Very clean - I mean, spotless. And I even checked the glassware for finger prints.

We all 3 loved the privacy of our separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed having a kitchen dining area. Especially for breakfast. The security gates made us feel safe. Extra bonus was the express check out since we had to leave so early to catch our plane.

It was a great apartment! It was clean and everything brand new. We had a great time. The bed was comfortable and the bath huge! It was equipped with everything you need. We could text anytime if needed something.

This really has nothing to do with the property, but there is quite a bit of construction around the city right now. As of March of 24', construction is immense on the streets and various areas around the strip.
A fairly quiet location once you turn into the property. Very nice if you want a little quiet from the chaos that is Las Vegas. The facilities are excellent! Free parking is included and such a welcome treat when staying in Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised with everything once we were checked in. During check in, Chasity at the front desk was so friendly and amazing! She definitely set the tone for the experience here. The room was great. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, dish soap... I was pleasantly surprised. We were in a two-bedroom unit, and it was very spacious. TVs in every room. Full washer and dryer if you needed it. There was even a patio with a table and seating for four. Wow! There definitely were many amenities that were available on the property that we did not use due to our packed schedule while we were in Sin City, but it was nice to know they were there. I will definitely try to stay here for any future trips to Las Vegas. I absolutely loved it!

Too hot with no fans. The room did have ac but you can't turn it below a certain temp. Made it difficult to sleep.

try to avoid the person to the right, inmediatly when you enter the first time. Aggressive Hilton-sales. other personnel very kind and helpful.
Hop in the Ubers and they bring you fast to the place where you want to be. great option if you want to spend your money on shows, food, and the rest instead of paying for a fancy hotel.
