You could hear a lot through the walls and when people were walking above you in their rooms.

We liked how it was close to the strip and the rooms were decent sizes.

You should get rid of the carpets, the first time you step into your room, it did not smell good at all

not much too report in my experience, i personally wasnt keen on the breakfast options, but the lunch menu was really good and very good portion sizes.

we had a major hotel on the strip cancel us, so we had nowhere to go at 11pm, was a busy weekend due to UFC, managed to find desert rose and WOW what a service from start to finish, always on hand to assist with any questions or needs we had, well done guys A+

The pushy Sales girl at Conceirge that sends you for a time share presentation. I was unwell and tired from a delayed flight and only after we said yes then she said you have to pay $40 for the uber and will be refunded tomorrow so thats how they lock you in. I did not like this. The pillows were terrible, too soft & gave me a bad neck ache. Almost like they had no structure. Everything else was good.

Good property, great location as just off the strip so you are away from the noise & smoke filled casinos. The apartment had everything you need in it. It was very clean, lots of basic amenities provided.

The room was great, an apartment with all the amenities we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped, very clean, and nice staff. The laundry room is used with an app that i couldn't connect to cause i dont have an american phone number, and there was a laundry room number that the app didn't recognize so i was overcharged by tapping the phone. Anyway, it's better than using coins.i guess it's an external service. Close to the strip, more quite.

Unfortunately, there is not a lot of noise filtering between units. People were loud until 2:00-3:00am. I'm not sure management can do anything about it unless they set a noise policy after 10:00pm and enforce it. Also, the staff tried to keep it clean, but guests kept leaving their trash outside their rooms in the hallways.

The full kitchen is fantastic for Vegas. We were there for work and having a living room and table to work on was priceless.

In the bathroom, you can see that it is a little old but everything is functional. The only one missing thing was the bathtub curtain so when you use a shower, everything in the room is wet. Sometimes you can hear even steps from the rooms above you.

The apartment was big enough and comfortable, everything was clean. There was everything for the family holiday to be able to cook. The staff was helpful and nice. There is an outdoor pool, but I did not have time to test it. It is close to the main part of the Strip but in a quieter environment.

We used the bbq near the pool and didn’t know that it is not allowed to bring the silverware and plates to the bbq area, luckily nothing happened but for me it would’ve made sense to put some paper plates and plastic cups in the room with a note.

It was nice having lots of privacy. It wasn’t noisy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could park for free and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Some areas of carpet were not vacuumed as they had other peoples hair present. Other than that the room & kitchen were clean
