Beetles.in bath room, sticky carpet in rooms, no old squeaky beds, cheap linens, dust around perimeter of the room, looks.old.and worn...needs a deep.clean and take out the carpet, replace it with wood like linoleum.

Well it had a indoor/outside pool, well the outside pool was unavailable to swim in because it had to be cleaned. The indoor pool was heated which would be nice but the room it was in had no a/c and was so hot in the room you couldn't breath. They could have posted that the outside pool was unavailable. They also advertised that there was a room to play pool but that wasn't available.

We looked in the breakfast room and decided to go to McDonalds. The room was dark and warm and only offered cereal and packaged pastry.

the rooms were so outdated and needed work done. Sink wouldn’t even drain

The staff member I dealt with was phenomenal.However that’s kind of where it fell apart. We called a head to check about using the pool and we were told it was available. Till we arrived and it was closed. But at least we could use the Mineral pool. The room was old and very dated. The sink wouldn’t drain and there was no way I would get in the shower. We had been looking forward to this stay as we had wanted to stay here for a while but it just didn’t meet our expectations at all

They did not honer the deal on yalls rate i had to p a y $88.00 for my stay so i fill like its your resonability to fix that problem that was unexseptable it coust me way too much money to stay there a free nit would be a pleaser to recive for tge inconvenionce on yalls behalf

It stated 49 plus fee and tax should 68 dollar by the time I got there - the price with everything 104. They said that booking.com made a mistake. It was loud by parties and people goes to room - not sure what they’re doing. Got cockroach in the room - lol ;)

What I did not appreciate was the fact that the room cost me like $50 more than I was expecting each night. I think that if a room is advertised for a price and I traveled out of my way to get that price then that's all that should be paid. Therefore booking owes me $100 for the unexpected cost I had to pay! The gentleman at the desk who was very polite explained that this problem has been occurring with booking and they have tried to fix it. He told me to insure to booking about the difference but who knows if I'll ever be reimbursed.

Location was good only couple miles from where I needed. What I really appreciated was the fella coming to give me a key at 4am after I rode my bike 1000miles and the desk was actually closed

The place is quite outdated. But I suppose if they update the resort we’d have had to pay more.

Location was ideal. Loved being able to walk around the gol& course to get our morning walk in. There were lots of interesting antiques everywhere! Price was great.

TV wouldn't work. Took us 2 hours to be moved to another room at around 10 pm. No breakfast offered even though it was listed on site.

The didnt have any phones in the rooms to call front to desk for help, the didn't have Ice machine , they had defreezer which u had to have a code for and didn't have any iron or ironing Board, no blow drawers for ya hair or pool towels and they keys for rooms which need to be updated most hotel have key cards for rooms now
