Cleaner miserable, didn't make my son's bed or restock room. The staff were all straight faced not very welcoming like other hotels and places I've been in Florida.

Location is great can walk to universal & outlets, restaurants close by, Starbucks & restaurant in hotel, washing clothes facilities great, clean, room nice and spacious.

Paying for parking for guest was high. You already pay a hospitality tax.

The parking is ridiculous, you have to pay $31 a day and there is no discount for people who are staying at the hotel.

Excellent location, dining easy and room was in nice condition. Plenty of towels and very spacious.

The location is convenient. We enjoyed our walk back from the theme park, seeing the calm water and colorful flowers along the way. Our assigned room has a nice view of the lake, pool and the city. The lady at the counter who checked us in was polite and friendly. Overall, we had a great time.

Long line to check in to Hotel Only 2 employee's at front desk. I waited over 45 minutes to check in. Also, one microwave is available at arcade area to heat up food, if you choose not to eat out. Other wise room was clean and employee's polite in regard to Long check in time. $31.00 dollar parking fee cheaper than Universals by a couple of dollars. They add to booking cost.

Location 15 minute walk to City Walk through security gate. Walk back at night, not enough light on walkway and through Universal property to first security gate to let u in to City Walk. A bite sketchy at night.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the advertised inclusion of a microwave and kitchenette. However, the room did not have either of these amenities as listed on the Booking.com page. I contacted the manager and she told me that they had never offered microwaves/kitchenettes in regular rooms. These amenities are still listed on the Booking.com website as I am writing this review! As someone who relies on having access to a microwave and kitchenette while traveling, this oversight greatly inconvenienced me and negatively impacted my stay. Additionally, the room carpet had visible signs of wear and tear, and a few large greasy spots. And last but not least, we did not receive the legendary cookies upon check-in. If you consider booking a room at this hotel, carefully manage your expectations.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better. It's a walking distance from Universal Studios (less than 20 minutes). The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with cozy seating areas. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of adventure at the theme park. Our room was located on the third floor, so we did not have the best view, but the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of counter space in the bathroom. There are a few on-site restaurants/bars (e.g. Starbucks, ice-cream shop, pizzeria, burger shack, etc.) and a souvenir store. Universal Studios has its kiosk at the hotel, where you can buy tickets and express passes.

The mattresses were not comfortableat all. Too soft and the fitted sheets kept coming off! The view was also not good. We had to book a handicapped room so I guess that eliminated having a view of at least thr pool area.

There is a small night light by the front door hallway that comes on at night and there is no way to turn it off (I like my bedroom completely dark at night). This is a minor thing though. All in all, an excellent stay.
