That there was no housekeeping done for the second day. We should have been told that if we wanted housekeeping( bed made, fresh towels, baskets emptied) that we had to ask for it the day ahead. We were extremely disappointed about this.

The light to turn left from Veterans took 8 minutes. Call the City of Bloomington to get that fixed.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. They check in with you via text and you can ask for supplies, etc. That feature is honestly 100% worth paying more for a hotel! Loved it.

I believe the price was a little high for the one night, and the bed was a little uncomfortable. It wasn't a bad stay but could have offered more for the price of the one night

The room definitely hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. There were a few places that had dust piles on the floor and the lamp was broken. Also, the lighting in the larger living space was lacking. After dark there was no way to have a bright workspace unless you brought your own extra lighting.

The King Suite we stayed in was truly beautiful. The Bathroom was incredible, the kitchen area was great, the living area was spacious, and the bedroom had double doors to close off from the living space if needed. Very nice option!

The price was a bit pricey. Our room had no heat so we ended up changing rooms. This ended up being ok since the first room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out in the wing we stayed in so switching to the 1st floor was much better.

we loved the room type we had. it was perfect and the pool was nice other than the 15 small kids screaming at the top of their lungs.

The property looked worn; carpets were worn/torn /bare. Elevators were a little dirty. Scratches on furniture and holes in linens. The room was dusty and did not seem like it had been cleaned properly. I did not eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. There was quite a bit of waiting to be served at the front desk and bar. The hotel seemed short staffed.

The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a good breakfast place close by. . I did have drink at the bar and ate some food at the restaurant; both were fine. It was convenient to have food/ drinks available.

I took this room counting on having wifi in order to teach my course. The had worked well the week before. But this time the connection was very slow and eventually I lost my connection, could not restore it, and had to cancel my 80-minute class only about 10 minutes into it.

Everything was good except the wifi.

I was put on the 1st floor, which was fine, but it was homecoming weekend and there was a wedding in the hotel, so one night there was loud music (repeated Guns N Roses) for 30 mins. Not a huge deal and I could have switched rooms, but was too tired. I turned on my white noise machine and put on headphones. Otherwise, suggest not staying on the 1st floor near the lobby.
