The bed was quite hard, no jug for water in the room, very overpriced for an old hotel.

parking fee even it's a valet parking. not enough types of toiletries such as shower caps, combs, sewing pouches ....

all is appropriate except parking fee at hotel premises is quite steep .

No clue why but there was a ton of noise from outside overnight, until 3am there was loud music from street level, car alarms, and police sirens. it's amazing my son slept through all that but I couldn't...

I wanted two rooms side by side. We ended up with 2 accessible rooms on the same floor. We didn’t need the accessible rooms or asked for them. I asked if the rooms were close and I was told the same floor but were on different wings. The room with 2 beds had a roll in shower with a bench which is terrible when you have a 2 children. You knew the ages of the kids. Not sure why this room was booked for a family of 4. The second room for my mother had the bathtub… Also the coffee lids didn’t fit the cups which was annoying.

The elevator is small and takes a while

Check in was nice I got a warm chocolate chip cookie and was explained the details. The bar and restaurant were nice. I loved the live singer in the lobby the energy was great. I felt really safe with everything being key access. I appreciated the 12:00 check out time ! Definitely will stay here again

The window didn’t have a window on the street but was not a problem.

Was very well located. Walking distance to main attractions and shopping areas. Few steps from the metro station and 10 min walk from the train and bus station. Room was clean and spacious. Staff very nice

Amazing customer service! We were greeted with a warm chocolate chip cookie ! The gentleman at the front desk at night time was so Helping and caring ! 5 stars service, even tho the hotel itself is 3 stars ! I would totally recommend ! Also good ratio (quality/price).

The city fees and all the extras were crazy! $63 for parking. Breakfast $20 The room rate was decent - but you would think they would upgrade the old school TVs and have USB charges in the room by now 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hotel is fine, but my room had no natural light. The window looked out on what, the building's superstructure skin???? Glad I arrived late and left early. I would have asked to change if this had been more than one night's stay.

Two elevators to get to my room especially that i had several bags. Elevators were always slow to arrive and there was only one bag carrier.

I was charged significantly more than the price I booked it for. I was told they needed to hold extra money in case we damage the rooms and then I would be reimbursed but I was not told about this ahead of time. When I checked in, I was shown the original amount and I approved that charge. The next day, I noticed $1,000 more was taken out. I was reimbursed after my trip but this caused a lot of issues and it would have been nice to have been aware sooner so I could have been prepared and set aside more spending money. I was aware that a lot of hotels do hold extra just in case of damage but I was not expecting that to be nearly that much.

Multiple text messages from guest accommodations asking how our stay is. We received four (4) in one day. Send one or none.

Staff at the front desk were nice and Ashley in the dining room (Breakfast) was a stand-out. She should be noticed for her helpful and pleasant attitude. Un-flustered with a full dining room, The hotel is close to the "T", that was very convenient.

There was a dark spot on the sheet. We found it after taking shower and was very late. Didn’t want to bother to change it… and with the “later service” hanged outside, we were awakened by room service knocking at the door…

They sent an offer for early check in. I accepted and provided credit card details. During check in they said Subject to availability. Ok, there was availability so I am not impacted but not a nice & professional approach. They gave me a ground floor room without asking. Not a common thing. At least they could kindly ask.

Lobby is one of the best I have ever seen with live music and social amenities, worth to spend the evenings even there. There is access to Starbucks. Few steps from the Tufts Medical Center metro station.
