Front counter staff our stay more frustrating because of a mix up with the computer system and our payment. Even though I paid for the stay in full at check in, our credit cards had multiple attempted charges on them for various amounts.

i was double charged at check in for the damage protection( $211.00) and have to wait for my refund to retrieve my money. This is upsetting because it reduces my available cash. Management said there was nothing they could do, and i would just have to wait to resolve the issue.

I could not sleep till 3am room above us was full of kids they were screaming playing banging on the floor and wall I made a complain around 1am but problem was not taken care. instead, I was told by one of the staff members to walk along with security guard and knock on the door and figure out.

I also asked for additional towels and wash cloths. They were never delivered to me.

Booking.com told me that for this arrangement, breakfast was included. When I checked in, I found out that breakfast was not included. the lady at the front said she would allow me to have breakfast included. When I went for breakfast, my name was not on the "gratis" list.

Our son's room had ants in the bathroom. They did give him a different room. Was told they wouldn't charge him for that's nights stay but they did. In the end he did get a room with no ants so it was good.

The beds were very comfy. The cookies are wonderful and a nice treat. Breakfast was pretty good but i think it's a little to pricey. Not everyone can eat $16 dollars worth of food. Also maybe change up what you have.

There was an overall odor in the building, almost like mildewy and stale. The hallways were in rough shape, which was unexpected as the lobby area was grand and welcoming. Expensive for the lack of updating and remodeling that needs done. Breakfast was good, but not for the price charged.

The room was a little outdated but not too terrible. The bathroom really needed to be looked at. The shower curtain was too small and water got everywhere. There was no hook for the towels so the only option was to drape it over the shower rod. We asked a couple times for extra towels and got nothing.

People above us were really loud at night. The bathroom could use some up keep but it was fine for the value of the trip.

The location was very close for our reason of being there. The kids had a great time in the pool.

That was a wonderful breakfast however there was an issue with billing. The first two days the server asked us for our names and room numbers and that was it. However the third day they changed their policy and gave me a bill for breakfast and I went to the front desk inquiring and the front desk told the server not to bill the guest because breakfast was included. The fourth day, the server only asked me for my name and room number again. But it was strange the third day because I thought I was being billed. However the front desk did a wonderful job take care of the breakfast billing and it was great customer service. The hot tub was not in order.

The breakfast was wonderful, delicious. The location was not next to any activities. When I went the wrong way, I tried to turn around in a lot where there were several pot holes, not at the Hilton but adjacent locations. That area is not doing well anymore.

The plumbing in the bathroom was slow. It was a gamble of knowing whether the toilet would flush. There was a musty, sour smell in the hallways on the floor of my room. I believe this was caused by wet carpeting. There was wet carpeting in a couple of places by the elevators on the fourth floor.

The staff was fantastic. However, the hotel itself has seen better days.
