To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe had to turn off the Heating/AC due to the noise it made and the inconsistency of it. The cost of a bottle of soda cost 5 dollars and food on the menu was very high. 20$ for a pizza that was not very big as well as 24 for hamburger.
The suite was perfect for our needs and the bed was really comfortable.

I loved the staff, from receptionist, the text feature was great when I had a question and the shuttle bus driver. Pool and whirlpool was nice. They accommodated my late check out. Beds are very comfortable.

United KingdomThe location - it's across town from the airport, and probably 3 miles from the city centre. It's maybe a mile or two from Harvard. The big problem is there's no public transport anywhere near. So, be prepared to use taxis. I'd have welcomed some information in the room about facilities, services etc. too.
High quality, recently built modern hotel block. Well equipped and presented suite. Restaurant, swimming pool and car park all on site. Snacks available to buy from reception, shuttle bus running to and from Harvard and Boston.

United States of AmericaIt would be nice to have free coffee in the lobby. I had to ask for the cookies. I didn’t know we were suppose to get it during our check in. I asked on the second day. A shuttle to and from the airport could be a plus.
Clean and friendly staff. Love that there was a shuttle to the Downtown area. The restaurants on site were good, but could of had more variety between the two restaurants. We enjoyed the scenic views.
