눉We arrived late at night, and were welcomed by loud guests in the room next to ours, who were smoking pot all night. We tried to alert the hotel staff to this issue, but no one answered the phone at the front desk. In our daughter's room, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and left the floor soaked. The issue was not fixed, the staff just left a towel over the wet area. We also filled out the breakfast card that was supposed to be picked up by staff before morning (so that we could have it when we woke up), but it was not picked up. When we called to place the order, we were told it would be there at 9 am, then we were called again to say it would be ready by 8:45 am. We still had no food at 9:30, and when we called to ask what had happened to our order, they finally admitted that the kitchen was so busy feeding other guests that the order had been ignored and not made at all. When we finally received our meal at 10:00 am, it was incomplete and nothing special. We put our room service tray outside in the hall to be picked up, and it remained there for 3 days straight. We were given two breakfast vouchers in order to make up for the misunderstanding, but when we went to the restaurant downstairs, we were seated by a waiter who seemed confused and annoyed and who put us in the back room when the front room was full of nice tables (and air conditioned). The general maintenance of the rooms was appalling and not up to the Hilton standards that we expected. We spoke with the manager (Vanetta) about our problems and she gave us connecting rooms and 30% off ONE NIGHT. It was a nice gesture, but to be honest, it wasn't at all sufficient. In our new rooms, our daughter's toilet was entirely twisted, the showers leaked all over the floor (even out into the bedroom on our first night in the new rooms). The elevators were incredibly small and slow, it became more efficient to use the stairs on almost every occasion.
눇The baggage handler was very professional and efficient. Also, Adrianna was very helpful in trying to resolve our breakfast issue.

눇It was an excellent deal! Very convenient as near by it there is a nice area with restaurants that have outside seating. You are also close to the subway.
