My sink was broken in the bathroom, they didn't change me rooms so people were in and out for several hours, When I asked for a later check out they wouldn't extend for a few hours even tho I was very nice about the men in and out for hours on the first day.

There is not microwave in the room. there is an extra charge of $33 a day for parking. There is no room service. Food could be ordered from the restaurants in the hotel, but for pickup only. I came to Seattle for surgery and was not in a position to walk to the dining areas to pick up food.

The room is very nice and comfortable and clean. The hotel is very nice.

Lots of carpet, which made it difficult to roll my suitcase. Property was a little dated. Everything else was great.

We arrived after dinner so the beds were nice and comfortable. We had an overnight layover so did not make use of the hotel grounds and facilities.

The rooms were a little dated. The bed was out of level (our heads were lower than our feet) with awful pillows. We didn’t sleep well that night after our flight. The bathroom had dirty corners. When we arrived to check in there was a guest making a huge scene at the check in counter yelling that the hotel was making a grab at her credit card. Not necessarily their fault, but was disconcerting.

Close to the airport with shuttle service. Great lounge and bar area with friendly staff.

We were told at front desk that the bus to the airport was "Continuous" the night that we arrived. The next morning we were told that the bus was every 30 minutes. Thus, we had to wait 25 minutes to catch the next bus. Luckily, we had given ourselves plenty of time so we did not miss our flight.

This is a good value. We were glad that the bar/restaurant was open when we arrived at midnight.

Paying $38 (site says $32 🤥) for parking? PLUS you park behind the hotel, in an inconvenient lot under an imposing tree canopy with minimal exterior lighting after dark: stuff of nightmares! Experience the thrill of lugging heavy bags over the lumpy, bumpy lot back to the hotel: yay. The worst part: in the bathtub is a handicap pull-down tray. The undersides around the metal bars were moldy. That didn’t happen overnight. Informed check-out clerk. Convenient location. A+. Room issue: F Parking fees: F Former Seattle-native will encourage family/friends to stay elsewhere.

Only problem room service tried to enter our room at 08:45. Good job the catch was on the door or they’d have been right in when we were in bed.
