The place is well located. Although there is nothing special about breakfast, I found the dining room neat and tidy. Th e girl who served us on Saturday night was very friendly.

The tub didn't work properly, the light and outlet beside the bed didn't work. The sink leaked water every where.

Like I said, those minor problems was fixed and he enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here before, so we were familiar with the property. we had one problem that was fixed the next day. Maintenance guy came and checked the water temperature and adjusted it and we were fine. Some of the outlets did not work, they were nice enough to refund some of our money for our minor problems and we were fine with that. The beds are very comfortable and I truly enjoyed that.

The bldg.,the view,the breakfast was TERRIBLE......the pancakes and bagels were packed in ziploc bags,by the staff I guess.....not individually wrapped.....like the hotel bought them and there budget was tight so the removed the from the original package and stretched them for the customers.....nothing hot for breakfast.....no meats period.....just not what I expected for DAYS INN

The best thing about this place was the DO NOT DISTURB sign that I was able to hang on the door

I wished the parking was set up differently however we came during a busy time. We hope to come back when it’s not so busy!

I really appreciated the guy who worked night shift. We arrived late and he was very understanding. Once he found out we had 3 kiddos he put us in a room on the first floor that was close to the front exit. Very accommodating.

Though very unique layout and more modern decor, it was very dark (dark gray black). Lighting placement was very poor and not bright enough. Toilet was difficult to get to flush. Toilet and sink both were very low to the floor. The pool was "nonfunctional" which was one of the primary reasons we choose this hotel. Our door lock stopped working the 1st night and the ice machine wasn't working the next day though both were fixed within a sort of reasonable amount of time.

The room overall was nice, very unique layout for a hotel room with the loft upstairs. It was great for traveling with teenagers.

The parking was bad not everyone parked was staying there and hard to find parking spot near our room so had to walk! But luckily it’s small property!

I liked that it was on the strip of Gatlinburg!

door wouldnt lock...then key wouldnt work they had come down and open each time...Frig didnt work..no phone in room..and pool they advertised no open..Staff was nice.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it has a pool. The pool was closed the whole time, if I had known that I would have gone somewhere else. The pool was listed as an asset when I booked.

We had to move rooms twice First room had a fan/light combo that was extremely noisy in the bathroom Second room, the lock didn’t work on the room. They upgraded us to a third room with a balcony which was nice. The hotel needs alot of maintenance done.

The bathroom sink was unusable because it drained very slow. We were looking for hotel with two things, a Jacuzzi tub in the room and an indoor swimming pool. The tub was wonderfully placed in the room, but the water did not get quite hot enough. The indoor pool was closed and there only a small notice on the site about it that we did not notice until after arrival. We would not have stayed here if we knew, There are plenty of other motels in town that have indoor pools open this time of year. The cushions on the fold out couch where in such bad shape that you could not sit on it.

Balcony was a nice view for the location. The Jacuzzi tub was nicely placed in the room and roomy enough for two people. Room was near the stairs and we were able to always park right beside them in a covered parking lot.
