We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur door didn't seem to have a proper seal as the wind was coming through and rattling the door all night. Would have liked an additional lock on the door for safety reasons. The beds were hard but for the price I can't complain too much.
I was expecting a creepy motel 6 vibe. But it was nothing like that! The room was clean and overall property was calm.

We came to visit family just overnight, so we were looking for cleanliness and value, not entertainment! We wish that we could have had time to go to Poco's the attached restaurant---it looked great!

It's quite affordable for Doylestown, clean and well-maintained, and in a great spot with a surprisingly good restaurant attached. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly!

United States of AmericaThe room was a little shabby - the paint, the furniture, the drapes, the carpeting. But that mattress was awful. The springs sprung even when first sat upon.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was very good-close to Doylestown, and the Mercer Museum and Fonthill castle. While on the ground floor, our room was quiet. The housekeeper made little fans with the washcloths. She was trying to perk up the place. The Bathroom was clean.
