Beds & pillows were a little off. Some of the wall outlets were not fully functioning and one light didn’t work.

Spacious room with big windows, private patio, excellent view of surrounding mountain landscape. Close to Springdale bus, providing easy access into Zion National Park (no need to worry about parking a car!). Excellent dinner at on-site restaurant. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect for soaking after long day of hiking. Refrigerator & microwave in room were helpful for prepping other meals. Pretty park-like setting, close to river. Friendly staff willing to help with any concerns.

We had no issues with the place - it was great

We paid extra for a room with a view. It had a front and back door and the patio in the back with the view to the mountains had a couple of chairs for sitting. The room was very roomy.

Room was a little dated. Furnishings were the main thing that was dated. I could tell the bathrooms have been updated (but hot water was not very good).

Room was very dark. Not enough lights.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the on-site restaurant was not yet open the first weekend of March and it was quite a walk up the road to get to where restaurants were open, shuttle busses hadn't started running either.

We booked a deluxe room hoping for a good view and it was super. Our room was on the second floor and had two large windows with a big balcony to sit out and enjoy the surroundings.

There was no daily housekeeping and when we did request it, the trash was not emptied and the bathroom was not cleaned or even spot cleaned.

The room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The keurig was great along with storage for kitchen items and food. The location next to the shuttle into Zion which was convenient

Everything was wonderful. No complaints at all.

We were “wowed” by the beautiful sandstone peaks and when we got up in the morning and the soothing babbling of the Virgin River. The room was spacious, clean and inviting. The staff kept us up-to-date as we were running close to their last check-in hour. They were incredibly gracious and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Love being able to park the car at arrival and not start it again until we left. Close enough to walk into town, but far enough to be relaxing and quiet - and if we didn't feel like walking to town, then we had the shuttle available. Room was clean and spacious. We arrived very late and had not been in communication with hotel because of spotty cel service, but they handled it perfectly - leaving a note for us on the door with all the instructions we needed. Coming back!

Heater/air conditioner was loud but we just turned it off and didn’t use it.

Clean, quiet and had a balcony with an amazing view. You can easily walk to local restaurants and shops from here. Right by a shuttle stop that goes to entrance Zion NP. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also located about 1.5 miles from entrance of Zion so it was quieter and not a lot of people or noise.

Didn't like the fact that there was only one place to get ice - required a little walk from the room

Room had a view of the river running behind the property so one morning we were able to see some of the native wildlife. The room itself was large enough to accommodate 3 people and their luggage comfortably. The room had its own coffee maker, with coffee, which was nice, as well as a small refrigerator with freezer compartment. The walk in shower was especially nice. Also loved the close proximity to the entrance to Zion National Park.
