We stayed 2 days, the first morning we woke to go get breakfast and the women who served us was a little rude, and short handed. They only had waffles, 2 kinds of cereal and bagels, and 3 hard-boiled eggs. The second we skipped and they ran out drinks for kids, still not kinds of meat, and added non ripe Bananas. Needs more variety for breakfast.

Loved that rooms were clean, and they were very accommodating when you needed extra things.

Heat controls in the room were spotty and required multiple adjustments and attempts to set a comfortable temperature.

Being woken by shouting and banging at 2am. Then having to walk round blood splattered on the stair well. I’m sure once staff were made aware it was cleaned up. But not nice on the way to breakfast

The motion lights kept going on and off randomly during the night waking us up. The front desk seemed unconcerned when we reported the problem.

The hotel is in the midst of a remodel. Once completed it will be a nice property located off old town square.

At noon on our second day, they remotely shut off our air conditioning and frig from noon to three. They also invalidated our keys. We had to go to the office twice to get it straightened out. No apology from them. Breakfast was poor and you had to eat in your room as there was no seating area. The food was blocked off and you had to ask the staff to give you something but you couldn’t see what was available. Staff not friendly.

Rooms were spacious and the location was excellent.

The property is basic, clean, and comfortable. It’s pet friendly, which was very helpful and had doggy bags available in case you forgot yours.

The floor in the room was kinda dirty. The chair next to the bed also looked dirty and had stains on it. The breakfast attendant was having private phone conversations while serving the guests and would talk loudly, which was kind of annoying. I feel she could have been a bit more attentive as well.

The best thing about this place was its convenient location near the old town. Kathleen, the lady at the front desk during the evenings, was nice and very helpful. Overall the room was pretty comfortable, with enough towels in the bathroom. There was a fridge, microwave, and a small coffee maker with some coffee and tea bags. The continental breakfast was decent, despite being kind of an ad hoc, grab and go affair since they were remodeling the lobby at the time.

there were doing some renovations to the hotel, so several of the amenities were not available, like the lobby, the breakfast area. This hotel used to be really nice and exceptionally well managed, this time I was dissapointed.

Would have preferred to be on the first floor since there wasn’t an elevator.

The breakfast was not exciting it was a little carry out as they are remodeling their breakfast room. The location was really great, close to everything in the historic downtown area.

A lot of homeless people constantly in the area, on the driveway. Maybe having a security swipe to enter the reception area in order to serve your own breakfast would be a good future plan for this place - instead of the grumpy staff member serving not allowing people to do it themselves

The "Hot Breakfast" was more of a grab and go. There were no tables and chairs set up. The hot part was the coffee and the ability to toast a bagel. Somewhat disappointing...
