Room 206 had a dirty, slippery tub, the TV didn't work and neither did the hairdryer and bathroom electrical switch. The sheets were dirty too. There was a prostitute in the parking lot on my 2nd night stay who eventually got picked up. I believe I should have got a refund for my first night with nothing in the room working.

I liked the office lady. She was extremely nice and helpful. She deserves a raise for sure! She did everything she could to make sure everything worked when she moved me to Rm 306. .

The staff refused to let us check in early and we had to wait next door in a ghetto area for hours and there was broke down motor homess outside our door in the street with a garbage pile house next to it. Made us feel unsafe.

The cost was on point especially for a jacuzzi tub which is why I booked. I also found a room for cheaper then this but thought this looked nicer but pictures were not accurate enough and the tub was disgusting.

Definitely didn't feel like a suite. The room was always cold, even with the heater on due to a significant gap in the door. Could definitely tell that the room had been around for awhile as it just looked....beat up. And then with how thin the walls were I was constantly woken up by the other patrons either smoking/laughing or just loudly talking outside the door.

Thankfully the spa in the room worked and the actual location was perfect.

The TV I didn't get to watch TV at all I don't even have cable at home and I still get to see more TV at home than I did there couldn't get to work no channels whatsoever so the whole time I had no TV that really sucked should have been discounted rate.

Homeless people living in junk RVs on street Infront if parking. People on stairs and hollering was annoying. I left the room at 10:00 pm and drove 4 hours home. The parking is a bit tight and difficult to exit.

Room was good. Floors pretty new and clean. Was little old paint but all pretty good. I trusted the mattress and sheets no stains or smells.

June 10 check in was supposed to be at 3pm. My caretaker has to work that day @ 5 pm.At 3we tried to check in, then he was going to work at 5pm. So I would be more comfortable. We weren't able to check in at 3. Told us would probably be at 4:30-4:45. We had to leave the hotel in order for him not to miss work. I stayed in the car until he got off work at 4am. So we weren't able to check in until 5am the following day. So basically the first day the money was wasted. The only thing the hotel said they could do was offer 20% discount off their price. That's more than we paid initially. Think we should have been offered a free night..

The bed was hard as a rock and there was barely any cover. Also the people above us were so loud til 3 am and then back at it again at 8 am stomping back and forth. And for the amount of money I was charged it was definitely way over priced

Literally nothing . The place had drug addicts and sketchy people outside. They didn’t even have a lobby to check in so I had to check in through a side WINDOW. the elevator smelled like urine. I had to hold my taser in hand because I felt so unsafe.

The jacuzzi tub tub faucet had a malfunction and cause the water to drain out the back side of the tub and I had to use towels to keep it from running all over the floor and the room is very dirty. I checked in late in the afternoon and didn't have enough energy to complain as I was only staying one night.

The only thing I liked about the room was the fact that the jacuzzi tub held water for the most part and that there was a la Moda within walking distance.

Pillowcases and sheets were dingy and wrinkled. Room smelled musty and shower curtain didn't fit and was worn. Remote didn't work properly. Photos online are deceiving.

I know they had staffing issues. When I checked in I noticed they had no Kleenex in the room, less than 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Sketchy wi-fi. Somewhat clean, room for improvement.

The bed was good. AC was wonderful.

It wasn’t a very nice part of town and a lot of the other occupants were concerning. Also, the rooms are all non-smoking so everybody just smokes in the parking lot but the AC units for all the room just suck up that air and pump it into the room. So expect it to smell like second hand smoke anyways.

The place was kept decent, just enough to be passable. The workers were also all very kind. In all fairness, the price of the room was great and it’s just a room to sleep in, not live, so it worked great with our needs of a short trip.
