The checkin staff was less than lukewarm in terms of friendliness. No consideration was given for a solo female traveler in regard to room location, it was near the end of the backside of the building.

The place itself was perfectly fine. The issue is we had an emergency and had to leave shortly after we arrived and still waiting on the partial refund from the hotel almost a month later. Will update the rating as soon as we receive that refund. Until then, this has been a frustrating experience unfortunately.

Room wasn’t cleaned during stay, but then again I don’t know if it was supposed to be. When I arrived there was some left over items from the cleaning process on the floor and in the trash

The bed was really comfortable and they give you several pillows. The ac was working well which helped with the summer heat.

With only four cars in the entire lot… it was unfortunate that a family with running toddlers were placed directly above us!

It says it has breakfast but it hasn’t. In addition, when we arrived at the parking lot there were a group of people drinking and playing music who seemed they were not staying at the hotel, the music was loud until 10:30, and anyone told them anything. It seemed that the parking lot it is a meeting point, because another guy came and hit other car (at the beginning the staff thought it was our car… thankfully not, that guy didn’t seem not staying there either…).

The bedroom was so clean and renovated.

the pool wasn’t open at all and the floor in room was in pretty bad shape when walking around in room you could feel certain areas of floor sinking in

I would strongly suggest installing a handle in the shower, or having a rubber mat or some sort of texture on the floor of the tub because the shower was very slippery and someone could easily slip and fall. There was no electric outlet in the part of the room where one is most likely to use a laptop. This is a common problem in hotels these days. I now bring a power strip and an extension cord with me.

There was no breakfast at the current time. I did have a cup of coffee before departing. The bed was comfortable and the wi-fi worked. Being on the first level, I was able to park my car right at the door. The two staff members with whom I dealt were pleasant.

Very small room (11) . Paying extra $25 per night for pet fee. I prefer to leave a pet deposit-then if the dog damages anything then they keep the money. If the dog was good- you get the deposit back. The bed was too soft. Also, all the dark furniture and one small window make the room very very dark.

Budget price for Cape. Microwave and mini fridge. Cleanliness-the cleaners work hard! Granite counter and shower enclosure in bathroom. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Close to Hyannis.

Needs to be updated especially the bathroom. Broken toilet paper roll, the worst towels I’ve ever seen. No coffee pot in room. No iron in room. No drawers to put clothing or items in. Very small room.
