You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe walls need better insulation for sound proofing. No breakfast items here. Very noisy location. Stay further from the tracks. The locals use the main drag as a race track late at night, and are noisy.
There was no breakfast at this location. Front desk guy was surly. Price was same as other low cost hotels in the city but very noisy location. Train came through blaring it's horn at midnight, and then the trash truck emptied the dumpsters behind the rooms at 6am, banging the dumpsters and making lots of noise. The room is clean but very basic. The walls are thin.

United States of AmericaThis is an older style motel, a stip motel unit. However in excellent condition ,a bit cramped by today’s std. but very serviceable. Only complaint is lumpy mattress, however I have had similar experiences in the Hilton value chains also. Would stay there again.

I like the cleanliness of the room and how surprisingly comfortable the mattress was. Housekeeping is excellent, five stars all the way around!
