Bed was creaky. Huge crack at bottom of door between the door frame and actual door.

We had to wait quite a while to check in. We had to ring a bell to get service since the hotel lobby was locked and had to wait for someone to show up.

$40 nightly pet charge in my opinion a flat rate for the stay is more applicable

The bed was more like a full size instead of a queen like it says on the description. The parking was very small. There was no room to get out of the parking spots because a vehicle who was parked behind us side swept our car. You can hear your neighbors footsteps.

The rooms were clean. The bathroom was nicely put together.

Great motel for an overnight. Newly renovated, comfy beds, good amount of space, clean and well cared for - a solid 3-star place to rest your head. Staff were very friendly and easily available. Easy walk downtown and, if you’re up for a longer walk, do the waters edge.

Room look unfinished. Tile set down, grouted, and wiped away but not cleaned so dry grout left everywhere in bathroom. Bathroom vent full of dust and corners of bathroom and long time guck left on all edges. Have to walk sideways and squeeze between bed and wall (this is a 10yr old, 60lb kid). White bedding had stains on both beds.

From afar the room looked good. Space between foot of bed and wall was spacious. Close enough to things to drive a short distance but not close enough to walk.

I got a pet friendly room but they still charged me extra. 45 not too bad for two nights stay.

The shades didn't really block the lights from outside. So it wasn't dark . The bathroom door was stuck couldn't close it .

Not much to do at the hotel. A 10 to 15 minute walk to attractions.

The room was nicely remodeled and clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was large, nice with a big shower. Pet friendly.

No live local tv channels - only the free smart tv channels included. Apps were there to sign into streaming services but who wants to hassle with that while on vacation? The coffee was disgusting along with the cheap packets containg only one packet of powdered creamer. There was no bar of soap with soap holder to use for handwashing at the sink. The free toiletries did not smell good and were poor quality. No green space for dogs to relieve themselves. The door to the room was hard to shut and there was a definite gap could see sunlight through. I would only recommend this hotel if staying for only one night and without a dog, and I would not pay much over $100/night. Unfortunately, I booked last minute and paid high weekend rates which were much more than the place was worth for a two night stay.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully updated. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave in room. 10 min walk to downtown Monteray and 15 min walk to Fishermans Wharf. Liquer store across the street.

Dismal dark No lamps or atmosphere only I pillow each and certainly no cushions !

We booked on promise of above room . Looked nothing like that . Horrible back headboard and stark covers . No lamps or ambience. Wished I’d checked as we were there 3 nights as clearly not a refurbished room

I wish it was cleaner.

It was a true Motel. It was a little dirty especially the bathroom floor. It had a door in the back to a small porch but that door frame had a crack like it was lined up correctly.

parking if you have a good car there is no place to park plus only had one handicap spot and there was one car that was parked there for three days without even moving so I made hard for anybody else who needed it
