You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe customer service, me & 2 of my family members got stuck in the elevator we even pressed the bell for help and we did not get any assistance so we ended up finding our way out and walking to the front desk just to find out that the guy heard us ring the bell and he did nothing but sit there instead of attempting to help us ! Our key cards also stopped working a hour before checkout time which slowed down our packing up process a lot ! Also didn’t like that they didn’t have any full body mirrors in any of the rooms along with some having an ironing board with no iron.
The location was close to majority of everything that we visited.

United States of AmericaThe morning clerk doesn’t know how to do his job and comes off a little rude. I asked to switch rooms bc he placed a family with 4 kids in the adjoining room and they kept kicking the door and screaming in the middle of the night. I told the clerk he told me they were booked and he didn’t have any more rooms which was a lie bc there was only the 2 rooms on our floor occupied and he told the other guest that I said they were fighting every night and I never said that. I said the noise from the children screaming, banging and playing in the middle of the night. I also was never refunded for the room I booked for my son and daughter in law bc they had an emergency and couldn’t make it. Now they are giving me the run around to reimburse me for half my stay bc I only stayed for 3 days instead of 6
The night clerk and the maintenance worker were very attentive to our issues and worked hard to get us results

Then the people from the office started banging on the door as well to let the woman in to get the money that she hid in the room refrigerator. United States of AmericaNo coffee in the room, no coffee in the lobby. The room smelled like a 1980s hotel room, stale cigarettes. The TV picture was worse than a TV with rabbit ears. The bathroom was like an apartment bathroom with an old yellow tub from the 80s. The sheets had stains on them, LOL!
It was a roof over our head in a disgusting city...I didn't expect much and didn't get much. I really liked when I woke up and realized I never had to do this again.

United States of AmericaThe parking was horrible. And then I was told that parking would be free but instead there was a parking fee of $20 dollars. And that is completely unfair especially when I was a guest with a room. I understand if the fee of parking was $5 or $10 but $20 is just unreasonable!

United States of AmericaThe floor was dirty I didn’t want me or my kids take their shoes off , it was trash and food under the bed and the sheets were dirty!!! It had crumbs on it! I had to take the covers off and use my own blankets . The bathroom looks nothing like the picture.
The staff was really nice and welcoming and everything was right there. They just need to do a better a job of cleaning and the hotel will be perfect. Overall I will give my stay 5 out 10. Just please clean 😉
