The pool was extremely cold and the day was very sunny, but no matter how hot and sunny there is, the water is so cold that it hurts your bones, it is not something pleasant, they should heat the water just so it is not so cold, another thing, when we called they said that the slide It was open, but to our surprise neither the slide nor the children's pool was open, only the jacuzzi and the big pool freezing. Another thing is that it is very noticeable that the rooms are very old and should be renovated, they have very little lighting.

It has a good location, the breakfast was good for the price, it has many entertainment areas, the jacuzzi was very relaxing, The bed was very comfortable and they gave me the crib that I requested for my baby, it is not the best because it has metal bars but my baby was able to sleep well, the staff was very friendly at all times, I think they should update the TVs in the rooms but the rest is what you pay, I would go again with my family.

Although breakfast was served from six onward during the weekdays, the hot breakfast was available only later.

The location is very convenient for those flying in/out El Paso as the hotel is just within a few minute's walk from the terminal. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

When we returned to the hotel room in the late evening after attending a funeral, we found that the room had NOT been cleaned. We had expected at least to find the bed made and clean towels, but this was not the case. When we reported this, we were told we could be moved to another room, but this would have meant, packing everything up at 11 pm an we had to be at the airport at 4 am. It was not worth the move. They did bring us fresh towels.

Our room carpet was coming up in places. It looks like there was maybe a leak and the sheet rock on the walls was very damaged.

Hotel very outdated in hallways and actual rooms. Must have been very swanky back in the 1970’s. The carpet throughout hotel needs to be replaced as well as 1 elevator. The wall colors and lighting in halls makes you feel like your in a the movie “The Shining”. Scary for a females walking alone .!

Outdated but had everything I needed. Staff was very attentive. Hotel exterior and lobby are excellent. Suites were plenty big and pool area looked very nice.

my daughter couldn't go in the restaurant as she is under 21. I felt that wasn't fair since there wasn't anywhere else to eat unless I drove her to a fast food place.

Waterpark was good. The restaurant was good, a little pricey.

Our room. The bathroom was old. At least it was clean. The bed was fine. Pillows horrible. The “view” out of our window was a back lot with trailers, back side of a building, a tar cart parked randomly, and a broken down car chained to a sign. Awful!!!

We begged for fresh towels and sheets and no one never brought us any. I even spoke with a couple of managers that said they would send someone and never did. It’s not really a water park it’s more of just a slide.

The room is a bit outdated. A/C makes too much noise when running, bugs found crawling around desk area, strong chemical smell in the room which prevented a good night sleep.
