Staff was excellent. Attentive, informative. Even the way certain basics (like running a credit card) were described upon check-in - usual for any regular traveler, but important for anyone who might now know. Other resorts would benefit from that kind of clarity.

Not sure why you are lead unknowingly to speak to Guest services when it’s a lady trying to sell you a timeshare. This needs to be a different approach.

AMAZING! It's our new favorite for sure. You get the views and closeness to the Strip but without the Casino which for many might be a nuisance, especially at night. We had one of the suites with amazing views and kitchen facilities.

The smaller bedroom’s armoire was so close to the night table and bed that I couldn’t open its doors to use to hang clothing?

Ease and professionalism at check in, beautiful, clean, calm lobby. Bright, fresh design - no casino or smoking! Updated, spacious rooms. Amazing city view. Full kitchen!

I wish they would have more restaurants onsite.

For a first time staying at this property, it surpassed our expectations. The property is very clean and located on East Harmon, not on the Strip, but very close to other hotels like Aria, Cosmopolitan or Vdara. Our room was clean, comfortable and with a nice view of The Sphere and the Eiffel Tower of the Paris Vegas Hotel. The gym is one of the best we've seen and has enough equipment to fulfill your fitness needs. The complementary Starbucks coffees each day on the property were a big plus. The biggest incentive here is that there are no casinos in this hotel so it's not overcrowded with people passing by.

The greeter accused my fiancé and I of being in alcohol because we picked up a sandwich from Jimmy John’s and a soft drink before coming to the hotel. The drink was in the bag for easy carry with our luggage. We explained that and he continued to pester us about it through pointless jokes. We make it to our room and there were unclean sheets on the bed. The texting service made it easy to request for clean sheets and out of the four provided two were still unclean.

Very nice property connected to the million mile mall. No smoking or casino and close to food spots.

Fantastic hotel. The location was great. Very central on the Strip. The view of the Eiffel Tower and Sphere was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a great size and had excellent facilities (fridge, microwave). Would definitely stay here again. Parking in the Miracle Mile shopping centre was also plentiful and easy to use for the hotel.

Junior suite room is perfect for a couples getaway, roomy bedroom (huge bed) with a spa bath, separate shower/bathroom and a large living room/kitchenette with wonderful views of the mountains, Sphere and Paris resort. Everything you need for a short break with most home comforts. Hotel is non-smoking / non-gambling and is a perfect peaceful oasis after a hectic day partying in the chaos of the strip. The security personnel are super friendly and do a great job of controlling traffic and safety of the hotel and all the staff are wonderfully helpful day and night. The location is tied into the Miracle Mile Mall and Planet Hollywood so shopping, restaurants, and casino excitement is literally on your doorstep and the strip is a comfortable 5 minute walk through the mall.

Location was great! All the staff at the hotel were terrific and always ready to help. The room was just lovely, really spacious and very comfortable, felt like home. We would definitely stay again.
