The temperature of the faucets in the bathroom and kitchenette varied. Both faucets in the bathroom were hot, so we brushed our teeth in the kitchenette. Then the kitchenette only had hot water and the bathroom had cold.

Lovely room, awesome front desk staff, great location.

Everything in the hotel was very satisfactory, except for the cleaning ladies. Maybe not even their fault, but the number of times the doors slammed very loudly, while they were doing their job. Both the doors to the cleaning materials room, as well as the stairway door and the door to the rooms being cleaned. These doors need adjustment, as I tested the one in my room and it closed smoothly, without noise. This was what bothered me a lot during my stay. I also suggest checking the alarm clock next to the bed, which woke me up at 6:00 AM without me programming it.

The room was impeccably clean, as were the bed and bath linen. The kitchen utensils are all ok. The window's noise sealing was very good. The friendliness and attention of the entire team always pleases me. I had no problems with the elevators, no long waits. The availability of water and coffee at all times is always a plus. Happy hours, snacks and wine, from munday to thursday was nice.

This hotel comes with a self service laundry and a well equipped gym. Location is great, just next to port authority bus terminal. Its about 7 mins walk to Time Square Hard Rock Cafe. Breakfast was great especially the yoghurt and food.

I did not like the breakfast, only industrial food (eggs included) but if you don't expect to much for your breakfast, I guess it is enough.

The bedroom was big enough. Clean and quiete. I did not use the kitchenette but it could be useful (there is no desk due to the kitchenette). The hotel is located far enough from Time Square to remain "silent" and without homeless.

Often had to wait for several lifts to come and go, as one usually wasn’t working so they would be full. It could be noisy at night, the sounds of slamming doors in the hotel, as well as from outside traffic.

The kitchenette had everything you needed, regular room cleaning, breakfast was good and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful. In an excellent location.

The elevators don' have capacity to accommodate all that people. Neither does the breakfast lounge. Breakfast is OK and is refilled constantly, yet no seating space - they say it's first come, first serve, but they can probably only seat 30 people at the most...you could pick breakfast and go to your room, but It takes up to 30 min to use the elevator. Buy your own breakfast and enjoy the comfy rooms.

The location, the bed/mattress, bath... the staff were really friendly although the infrastructure exceeds them. Nice room hotl in convenient location, with kitchenette that made it great. Coffe Machine, stoves, excellent. Yet too many rooms and floors (around 40 floors, 10 ROOMS PER FLOOR) and only 3 elevators . Gluten free options available at breakfast

The staff could be more helpful, especailly the first night we had the excuse that the hotel was fully booked and they put us in room for a disabled person . As we learned the other day it wasnt full and the changed our room that same moment.if it was fully booked the checkout it would be after 13:00

Good location, Downtown. A lot of homeless people, but you expect that when you are near bus station. Room was acceptable (the second one, because they put us i a different room the first night , a room for a disabled person, although i booked not a room of that type) with nice view. The breakfast was ok and you have th choice to take it to your room. Also a good choice to leave your luggages their after you check out.

Elevators are a huge disaster. The hotel building is high, around 40 floors, and they only have 3 elevators. You have to wait long for them to come as obviously many people are using them. We were on the 8th floor so at least going down we didn't mind taking stairs, but if you wouls be placed higher then it wouldn't be an option either.

Hotel was in a good location, facilities clean and comfortable. They offer happy hour with some free snacks and drinks which is a nice touch. The room comes with small, but fully equiped kitchen that has microwave, stove, pots, fridge, plates and etc. If you would like to cook something yourself.
