There was a cloudveil bus that idled for a hour each morning on the back street. We sleep with the window open at night so its our own fault but thought it was interesting that it chose behind the hotel side street to just sit and idel in the morning

The location was excellent! Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I look forward to our next visit and stay.

The rooms were fairly dated, and the bathrooms fairly small. The lodge is updating its rooms, however, and both updated and "older" rooms were available to rent. As we spent our days outside of the room, the older room, at the more attractive price, was fine for us. The coffee at breakfast was horrible; think very weak diner-style coffee. Our room had a coffee maker in it with pads; these made relatively good coffee, so we opted for that. More fruit choices at breakfast would have been welcome beyond the bananas and apples available. Switching to offering wooden utensils instead of plastic ones would have also been a plus.

Rooms and beds were spacious, though the bathrooms fairly small. Beds were relatively comfortable. Room was clean. The breakfast, while basic, was good with several choices available and was included in our price per night. The spa/pool was a highlight, which we used several times. There are both indoor and outdoor options. Parking also was ample. Well situated in town.

Getting over charged and the lady at desk arguing that I didn't pre pay. Ended up paying more then her listening to me and realized oh I had paid for it all in January. So my card was charged over two hundred and twenty three again!! Only to wait for it to be reimbursed!

The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was nice that the ski bus took guests to/from the hill every day. The homemade cookies every evening was a nice touch!

Plastic cutlery and paper plates used for breakfast , real dishes and silverware would have made it so much better Cabins are a little dark , lighting could be better, view of parking lot

The ice machine in the lobby stopped working on our last day there! But that’s about it!

LOVE the cabins! We came out for a girls ski trip, five of us, and was so happy to be able to bring my dog with me. The shuttle to JHMR was awesome, we loved the hot tub after a day of skiing, we love how close it is to downtown, the staff was great, the beds were comfy, the price was exceptional. No complaints!

Quite a bit of traffic

We stayed at the slope side Hostel it is so convenient and the beds are comfortable. Nice staff with a large area to socialize. We later stayed at the elk inn it was the way to go breakfast and a private ride to the slopes.
