Nice property. Gated. Our vehicles were damaged in an attempted break in at another Hotel across the way year prior. So “Gated” was worth the few extra dollars. Very nice Bar with free Happy Hour from 5:30-7:00.

Breakfast could have been opened longer. Went to pack came down and besides cereal, it was closed.

Room was very quiet and comfortable after a turbulent day of cancelled flights. Just what I needed. Also shuttle drivers were the best. Courteous and friendly.

Areas were visibly dirty. Parking gates never worked and key cards hard to be reprogrammed a few times and the staff seemed very inconvenienced by it.

The staff was preoccupied at check-in, the staff was not welcoming, they were preoccupied with each other and not warm in checking us in. Ran down a list of hotel hours and breakfast time. Felt cold and like we were being processed.

While the location and amenities of the hotel have much to offer, I was left rather disappointed with the overall housekeeping service during my recent stay. Parking is horrible not sure if they allow airport people to park here or what the deal is. The hotel operates on a system where guests are required to call the front desk for housekeeping services. However, the catch is that this has to be done before 9 am, or else you'll miss the window and your room won't be serviced. What's particularly frustrating is that this policy wasn't clearly communicated to us during check-in or in any literature in the room. The absence of such vital information within the room or any public spaces in the hotel is a significant oversight. Our experience was marred by this lack of communication. We missed out on room servicing because we weren't informed of the 9 am cut-off. Consequently, our room was left untouched, trash wasn't emptied, and we didn't receive clean towels. Having to manage without these basic services, which are expected of any reputable hotel, was not the relaxing experience we had hoped for.

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites throught out the country, its our favorite brand. The best location by far is La Paloma in Tucson. We expected the same at the Denver location and for the most part it was great!

The staff were really helpful, rooms were large and comfortable and the pool was great! We ordered snacks in the bar which were lovely. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport as this was the last night of our holiday. The complimentary laundry, late check out and mimi bus to the airport really helped make our last day as comfortable as possible. It’s totally worth paying a little extra for this hotel.

paid for parking but No parking spaces available. Told by staff to park on streets since it is a known problem. They allow people to park and fly and so limited space for people who stay at the hotel!
