Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaDirty. Coffee only available during allocated breakfast time. Pool and bar closed to soon. Pull out bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom very tiny. Not clean. Refrigerator didn't work well. Tv service expensive and outdated. Most hotels let you login to your own accounts netflix etc. Old TV. Stains on lampshades. Blood on walls going into bathroom. Outlets not working right. Connected to light switch unknown so woke up with dead phone. No alarm and missed morning breakfast that ended at 9. Had 3 kids to get up and didn't make it down. Parking is separate from room stay amount. Was told it was included which is not true. It's an additional amount per night. 23 which is expensive. Bathrooms in pool area disgusting. Conditioner empty in shower. Faucet broken and sinks were clogged.
Staff was amazing. Pool area was nice except for the broken stairs to get In and out of deep end pool.

United States of AmericaRidiculous getting an elevator. One wasn’t working, service elevator wasn’t working and the 2 that were were extremely slow. There was a lot of young guests that were allowed to run free late and were loud in the halls

United States of AmericaThe pool was almost to cold to swim in, also the lower half was closed. The sauna was broken. The televisions in the room were not good, and one screen was broken. The breakfast buffet was cold and stale. The omelet chef was having a very bad morning evidently.
The front desk employee was very helpful upon check in. The bed was also decent.

United States of AmericaThe pool area was cold and the whirlpool was too cool to enjoy. The whole hotel needs a deep cleaning. The lobby tiles are spotted with deep dirt and the carpets are gross. Room 401 on the premium floor has large dirty spill spots. I didn’t know I needed to request housekeeping to get clean towels etc. I have always loved the concept of Embassy Suites for my family, but after this stay and one in New Orleans this past December, I may have to look for a much cleaner accommodations. I can’t stress strongly enough that this hotel and your brand needs to spend the money needed to deep clean and regain the expectation of loyal customers.
It’s location.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was built in 1977. Everything about the hotel shows 1977. It is truly outdated. Because of the weather, we stayed inside, and that was not a good feel because the room was dreary also.

United States of AmericaNo wifi after a few attempts at getting help for the problem. Was told by front desk routers were being changed but wasn’t informed at check in and was unable to reach internet support after a 20 minute wait to get through. Room was also very cold, turned up heat to 80 and still felt cold.
Always love embassy suites spacious rooms.

United States of AmericaBreakfast and evening reception were horrid. Absolute cheapest alcohol served. Tasted like rubbing alcohol. Evening foods were a joke. Ruffles and dip. Popcorn, and hummus. Breakfast was awful. Cold potatoes, barely cooked flavorless sausage, French toast the first day was hard and unedible. Then there was none at all the second day. No offering of pancakes or waffles. No biscuits and gravy. My 30th wedding anniversary and it was ruined by this stay. My husband and I always choose Embassy suites. Chicago, great, Little Rock, great Saint Louis, Great. Overland Park, Kansas Great. Had to move rooms because the tub would not drain and the fridge didn't work.
The employees. The bed.

United States of AmericaSo many things... There was black mold along the old and now fixed sliding doors that open out to the small balcony off of the room. Also some on the carpet. The old doors need replaced with windows. The bed was very uncomfortable. And we were woken up many times by kids running around the inside courtyard floors and by police and emergency sirens because the area is quite active at night. Bad neighborhood. Also the fire department is right up the street. The bedding had a stain on it. The bed was made but seemed very wrinkled and not well made. Also the hotel seems like it just needs an update. Wouldn't be so bad for less money.
Breakfast was good. The room layout was nice and spacious. Shower had great pressure.
