The hotel is newly renovated, you can tell by the crisp clean smell. I like how the sustainability and environment friendly the facilities. The restaurant was very good and so is the breakfast buffet. Security of the guests were also prioritized.

the hotel in general is really nice, big place, the staff are so kind, breakfast has many options, delicious, bed was confy , big,I love it. close to the airport. they offer a snack after 5:30 pm. They offer a shuttle but on the day I needed it there was no availability but they paid me a taxi to the airport. A woman at the reception was very friendly, but the manager was not that much, she should be the same or better since she is the manager

The last morning I woke up at 7:30 AM (I went to sleep at 3:30 AM) because there was a construction going on at the ceiling. It was too noisy. I really hated it. I also hate being charged 150 USD per reservation for the "nightly incidental deposit" thing. Id rather keep the credit card open and if something happened at the room I get charged the amount they need instead of getting charged at the beginning of a stay.

The room was great. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The best of it was the Crepes and the people cooking them. I loved them. The regular buffet turned repetitive the third day. The hotel is very close to the airport. It's not noisy at all. I'm returning to this hotel in a month. I liked it a lot.

The hotel has been remodeled, however, I didn't really like the glass framed front room. Lack of privacy and a bit cold.

Near LAX, we got stranded due to a big storm. The hotel is convenient. Clean, good breakfast, reliable shuttle.

Took over an hour to get the airport shuttle, despite calling several times. Staff not helpful over the phone or during check in. Shower flooded after 5 mins use. Wet walls in the rooms.

Breakfast was the best part. Staff at the breakfast were very attentive. Room with separate enclave with pull-out couch was nice. Design of the hotel is unique and very pretty on the inside.

My requests were dealt with and the hotel ticked all my boxes. Being British, i like a cup of tea. There were no tea bags in the room or at breakfast. The omelettes, sausages and yukon potatoes at breakfast were lovely but perhaps some hams and cheeses could have enhanced the breakfast experience. Evening reception was great, and overall delighted with my stay

Staff rude, intenet didn’t work and upon requesting the staff member just got my phone of our hands and set it up. We had to ask theee times for other members of the family. Tv inside the room didn’t work so had to call a tech who took ages to arrive and had no idea either. There was an incident at the lobby when we arrived and someone was removed from the hotel with police force. Total bad first impression for our kids . Super noisy don’t stay in this hotel, or you won’t sleep. The glass on the windows must be 1mm cause you hear planes all day and night long

Housekeeping issues. Requested room to be cleaned three times during our five day stay. The room was only cleaned once with the toilet being cleaned and the kitchen area. Bedroom was never cleaned during our stay even though we requested this three times and on one day requested this twice. Party late at night hosted by the hotel which guests were not informed about. Two reviews as two rooms booked during our stay in Los Angeles.

We stayed here for five days and requested for our room to be cleaned three times, with only the bathroom and kitchen area being cleaned once. Our bedroom was never cleaned and our sheets remained the same throughout our stay. We regularly had to ask reception for our room to be cleaned and unfortunately this was not the case. Although they reimbursed us for these issues the house keeping staff seem to only pick and choose the rooms they wish to clean. Their was a party in our last night which continued until midnight. The guests on that side of the hotel were not informed there was going to be a Christmas party with loud music throughout the night. It would be appreciated if the hotel staff could inform guests ahead of time.

The location is close by to the airport. Breakfast although limited is good especially the omelette station. It would be better if they had more variety throughout the days. Staff working during the breakfast are very friendly.

The equipment of the fitness-center could be a little better. No complimentary water like I had in other accomondations by Hilton.

Balcony was much smaller than expected, standing room only. Indoor view of lobby was better than outdoor view of the street. Didn’t know parking space was $42 until after checking in.

Close to the airport! Beautiful lounge/lobby! Clean, spacious suites. (Didn’t get to stay for breakfast, but the restaurants/bars in the lounge looked appealing).

Breakfast was wonderful because it was a full breakfast. The rooms were good. Some touch up paint can be done on the bathroom doors but other than that is was great.

Room had been remodeled. Was clean , but poor trim work in bathroom. Bathroom still looked old. Room fridge was not cold and needed to use it. . Area to go into parking garage was congested. No where to park for check in, besides garage parking.

Was hoping for assistance from staff because Uber dropped me at the wrong embassy suites. Hotel does not offer a shuttle to get me to the other embassy suites. Had to pay almost 30 dollars for another Uber.1
