Room service daily made our beds but did not remove dirty dishes or pick up trash that was outside of the trash can which seemed a little odd. This was only a minor complaint

There are extra charges. This included $20 parking, that booking.com didn't mention in the "total price". Front desk also didn't mention this charge. Also an amenity charge of $15 that you are required to use daily in credit, in either the restaurant or very over-priced store.

Spacious suite, lively energy in the central area gives a nice community vibe. The breakfast was decent and had sufficient options.

Pool water was a bit cloudy, with some smell coming from nearby broken restrooms. The last day, the pool was out of order, I wondered why. Did they wait until the end of the weekend? I still don't understand what's the point of those extra fees beyond the room costs.

Species rooms with bedroom and living room with 2 televisions. Breakfast makes your own omelette station is a surprising edition and a relatively quick, with no wait time. Indoor pool was very helpful in this cold weather.

It would have been nice if the restaurant was open during the day for lunch instead of just dinner.

Amenities were great, had everything we needed for our family. Good complimentary breakfast and drinks at the lounge. Great location only 10 min to Cannery Row and couple minutes to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was second to none excellent. Your third shift security guard Mike was the ram in the bush for us. His shift ended and our Uber backed out on coming to pick us up at the last minute and we had to get to San Jose for our flight and Mike helped us get a ride He went above and beyond thank you so much for him😊

We collected a meal from the restaurant to eat in our room - polystyrene boxes with plastic knives and forks (for steak!). Disappointing meal all round at restaurant prices.

It was good to have space to chill out in our room. The complementary drinks and snacks were very welcome at the end of the day and the breakfast buffet was good.

The rooms were a little outdated and musty. They charge a parking fee, yet they collect a fee to use the hotel. I also did not feel the rooms were worth $700-$1000 a night.

Floors were heavily stained. Room temperature control never seemed to work properly. Paid extra for a room with a view but unfortunately the amount of traffic driving by meant we couldn't sit and enjoy it on the balcony. Paying for parking on the property itself seems like a stretch of necessary. Overall cost doesn't measure up to the results.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was incredible. King Bed was very comfortable. Having 2 separate/divided spaces for a living room and bedroom was a nice bonus.

Only complaint would be the food offering during the complimentary happy hour. Veggies, potato chips and dip were the only choices. I remember when Embassy Suites used to offer hot food appetizers as well. Only two beers offered, and they ran out of one right in the beginning. So beer drinkers only had one choice of a complimentary beer.

Clean, comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Short drive to Aquarium and restaurants.
