You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI think the meet & greet should be longer & better appetizers. Also the restaurant the prices are too high for the little portions of food & high prices on alcoholic beverages.
Some of the beds mattress is outdated & bathroom shower needs to be updated. You can tell it's an older Embassy Suites hotel compared to the one I stayed in Murfreesboro Tn. & Huntsville Alabama.

United States of AmericaNeeded to be cleaned better. Hallway carpets didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was like a sauna. VERY humid - carpets were damp and water pooled in the inside of windows.
Excellent breakfast. Many choices and food was great.

United States of AmericaPool was unavailable, no disclosure on website, paying to self park was excessive when properties close were free park, personally would prefer to pay more for the room and have free self parking than pay to park. Rooms were dated but still nice, could use a deep clean.
Breakfast and reception was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they try very hard to accommodate requests customers have. Water pressure in room is amazing!!

United States of AmericaThe bathroom definitely needed upgrades. The toilet was rusty and there was alot of dust and mold in the vents. The complimentary breakfast buffet was beneath my expectations as I've stayed at another Embassy suites recently. The staff were busy talking with each other about personal problems and there was food spilled all over the counters that should have been cleaned up. Also, several items were burnt and therefore not edible for consumption.
The front staff were great! There was a mix up with my room and so I didn't quite get the room I had booked, but it worked out fine so I didn't complain, and the morning staff were very accomodating when it came to the many questions I had about the situation. The hotel offers complimentary cocktails & a breafast buffet. The staff were helpful and nice to answer any questions I had. The omelet station was definitely the highlight of my morning.
