There were no negatives.

The lobby is open and airy with plenty of room for foot traffic but also lots of seating. To the right it rambles off to a nice, large bar/restaurant (we didn't try it) and the back part overlooks the Riverwalk. To the left is a large breakfast area. The rooms (we had a superior king) are similarly spacious. The hallways are wide and well-lit. I did not partake of breakfast but am told that there was a good variety and made-to-order omelets. The location is on a a quieter portion of the Riverwalk, away from the masses, but still convenient to everything.

Our room could have used a re-fresh. The furniture was shabby looking and bathroom was clean but old looking. Living area was tight- too much furniture in a tiny area. Parking is $$ but there’s a parking garage a block or so away that was very reasonable.

Good location. Steps to the Riverwalk but not a crowded area so it wasn’t noisy. Laundry machines in the hotel were a big help. Clean. Fridge and microwave were nice to have.

Pool could have been bigger, have more amenities for the kids and the restaurant on-site is too fancy and not appealing to families, no kids menu or anything really for picky eaters so we had to eat elsewhere.

This is an amazing hotel with an excellent location. They have a "happy hour" with 2 free alcoholic drinks and snacks from 5:30pm - 7:30pm, never seen that before and what a nice thing to have! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent, delicious made-to-order omelets and red-skin potatoes along with all the other normal breakfast things. The best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The room was nice and quiet and excellent A/C. The pool was a little small and got busy at night but we ended up going early in the morning our 2nd time and had the pool to ourselves. The location is right on the Riverwalk with a beautiful waterfall right underneath the hotel that makes an amazing backdrop for photos. We didn't have to wait long to check in even on a Saturday at 4:30pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations to local restaurants, etc. The hotel felt very safe as they kept all doors locked after a certain time of day except for the front doors. We were all impressed with this hotel and highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing stay . The breakfast was delicious! Centrally located to all in San Antonio and a great happy hour. Please try the restaurant the food was absolutely delicious!!!!

No dedicated cocierge. While front desk staff were helpful, I didn’t feel I was getting my interests met.

The facilities in general are aging (paint, plumbing, fixtures) and could use a little TLC. The pool area is small and sparse and is mostly shaded in the afternoon.

The staff at this property went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. There is a wonderful daily hot breakfast and a happy hour with drinks! The location was perfect to explore San Antonio and the riverwalk. The suite was also a perfect size for a family of four.

Barely any blankets on bed. Not enough pillows. Zero blankets for couch bed ( one was brought) Bedding could be more plentiful.

The morning breakfast buffet was incredible, and the manager's cocktail that is hosted nightly was great. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and near to everything, so the location is perfect.

No fan in bathroom, hot showers makes whole hotel room hot and muggy

The breakfast and manager happy hour (2 free alcoholic drinks, unlimited nonalcoholic and some light snacks). Kids can be with you during their happy hour which is nice while traveling with a family! Never experienced that before, it was a nice touch.
