Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HVAC in my room didn’t work properly. I had to turn it completely off. Some of the towels were ratty; ready for the rag bag. Old plumbing fixtures need replacing. Entire facility needs an upgrade. Multiple coats of paint peeling off bottom of bathroom door.

The pool was down for our entire stay. Which was 5 days. And we was told everyday it would be ready by the next day & it never was fixed.

my room was flooded ..all the carpet was wet do to a leak in the window around my bed ..an toilet did not work had to fix it to flush..

The breakfast had many choices but the hot food was not great. The sausage were tough and given plastic silverware there was no way to cut it.

The location is not very close to anything really, so you need to be ready to drive quite a bit.
The staff was very kind and the front desk was very informative and helpful. The breakfast was good and fully stocked.

We got there late and was told the pool opened at 10:00 and turned out they didn’t open till 5 and check out was at 12. We picked this hotel just for the pool.

The pool smelled like chlorine so bad, my eyes were burning as soon as I stepped foot into the indoor pool, the water was green. Don’t understand how it was so dirty yet smelled like chlorine that bad. The hall ways were dirty, needed a good vaccuming. I walked by the same plate of food on the floor my entire stay. Also asked for extra pillows for the pull out couch and was told they don’t have pillows.

The pool is not as pictured(reason for choosing this location for spring break was indoor pool) it is dirty and the water is super foggy so foggy you can't use pool toys if you wanna see them.. towels were not available without going to front desk for pool. Beds were uncomfortable and the neighborhood was a bit rough. Parking garage was sketchy and smelled of Marijuana and water everywhere dripping from pipes that go to who knows where.
Breakfast and lobby were good. Liked that our room had a door to separate the room from living room. Microwave in room.

There was hair in the shower, sink and bathroom floor when we arrived. Also the fact that stepping off the elevator on our floor and the elevator smelled like marajuana.

I didn’t like the smell in the hotel and I’m the room. I didn’t like the pool. It smell a lot to Clorox. The hall smelled too. I had a headache and stomach ache just because of the clorox. My family and I just stayed a little bit and got out.

The elevator was right outside my door and I could hear the dings frequently. Request to be away from one if you are able. There was limited parking out front. There was an underground parking garage but I didn’t feel comfortable parking there.
The room was bigger than I expected. I liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave. Bed was fairly comfortable. Continental breakfast had a decent selection. I liked that they had security on sight. He was very kind.

Only issue was I arrived about 15 min before check-in along with a out 6 or 7 other groups and the hotel employee working the front desk said little rudely that everyone had to wait till 3 to check in.
Breakfast was good, rooms were very clean.
