The lobby was undergoing renovations when we stayed and there was no phone in the room (not a big deal but worth noting). The breakfast was fine. But since the lobby/breakfast area was under construction, it was temporarily moved to a (likely smaller) area and didn't have a lot of variety.

The staff was very friendly, nice & attentive. The room was clean, and amenities were as advertised. It was super close to all the fun in Estes Park, even though it isn't on the main drag. The room had a large fridge and microwave. The property is very pet friendly as well. We stayed in the winter when there was 3 feet of snow on the ground, but it looks like they have a lot of amenities that would be fun in the summer months. Overall, we had a great 2-night stay.

Cute little property! Nice rooms, very comfortable beds with a mini fridge and large closet area to house all your luggage. The playgrounds and grills were really nice amenities and saw several families using them!

Nothingness to criticize

We spontaneously stayed at Hotel Estes for 1 night and we really had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly, our pet friendly room was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. Very comfortable beds! The free continental breakfast is pretty nice and includes coffee, tee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, bread, danish, joghurt, fruit and hardboiled eggs. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is in walking distance to city center, if you don't mind walking a few minutes. There is a lovely walkway by the lake.

Room has an ac/heat unit. While it kept the room warm, you could hear it kick on all night long.

Rooms were nice and warm since it snowed all weekend. Bed was comfy.

Nothing was unacceptable. Very pleasant stay! Again, can't think of anything that I didn't like. Well, accept maybe would've been nice to have an elevator, going up and down the stairs was a little tough.

The person we dealt with at front desk was so NICE! Very friendly and accommodating! Loved how they had a fire at the fire-pit with S'mores to roast on the fire every night that we were there. Beautiful views out our windows etc.

the room was a lil small. bathroom was way to small. my only real complaint was there was no parking directly near the room. all the rooms at the end have to walk a bit to get to the car. I am handicapped and it was a struggle.

The room was great. The Bed was SUPER comfy!! the view from bottom floor was not great but still better then it could have been at another location, I will Definity return.

Not much, but if I had to pick something: breakfast. Also can hear footsteps from upstairs level, bearable but may bother some people.

Great location, with a nice kids playground onsite. Note pool and hot tub appears closed for the season (Oct 2023 as of this writing) but apparently a sister property with indoor facilities are available without charge. Free breakfast was bare (cereal and toast-your-own) but par for the course these days. Would stay again.
