The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the garage elevator was broken and I had to walk the 6 flights up and down several times.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find the exercise mat with bands in the room. It inspired me to use them.

Location is great for our needs. Close to the relatives, close to the Metro for a visit on DC, walking close to the malls.

I didn't like how staff forget to hand over the clients order during their shifts.

Location was good. About the breakfas, I made an order once, but I experienced delays getting my order . I got it the morning of the next day. Because of that I used to go out looking for food.

The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but that's just personal preference.

Good location for attending conferences and the room is very comfortable - including some gym equipment, a fridge and a coffee machine. The room and bathroom was very spacious. And the aircon worked well. The parking and location to the metro adds to easy traveling. The staff was very helpful. And I had a great sandwich in the restaurant.

When calling Even directly they didn't offer a NIH patient rate. Paying extra for parking. I had to book through booking.com to get a better rate.

The location was very good. It was close to a variety of shops and restaurants.

No option to open a window. One morning was a buffet breakfast which was terrible.

Breakfast was very inconvenient, without asking, they added an add-on to my meal (which I didn't want). They didn't charge me for it.

This is extremely close to the Metro, but you have to walk a bit to get across the busy road. The room was great!

Homeless people hanging out late night on patio , trying to tailgate people into hotel. Not a huge issue, but better security would benefit the hotel and guests.

The thermostat did not work and was stuck on 88 degrees. When I approached the manager about the situation he assured me maintenance would be on it. I left for the entire day to give them ample time to fix the issue. When In returned my room was still hot and when I approached the staff member at the desk he was unaware of the issue because the manager didn’t even communicate what was going on. Every time I would go through the lobby the manager was always away from the front desk sitting on the side on his phone.

I had an issue with 1 housekeeper that worked 8/6 morning. First of all they knocked once and didn’t wait for a response and kept knocking. I was like oh my, if u knocked once……shouldn’t you wait for a response? Anyway, we didn’t need housekeeping, but I gave them my trash and I asked for a trash bag to replace it. I saw one of them reaching for it and the other told her not to give it to me. They were speaking in Spanish, but I understood a little. I was confused, because “I can’t have a trash bag to put my trash in?” I just closed the door and later on walked to 7 eleven bought things to get plastic bags to put my trash in. Also the WHOLE entire hotel didn’t have a microwave. Crazy if u ask me.
