Lobby was very busy, especially at afternoon, more like an ongoing party.

Very spacious bedroom, excellent mattress, stunning views over Manhattan skyline, nicely appointed bathroom. Downstairs located restaurant served quality breakfast, bar in the back offered lively entertainment.

The showers were really finicky, the hot to cold was a challenge for all of us but it may have just been our room. Same with the heat. We would try to stop cold air from blowing but it would be challneging (it was very cold outside). It is in a busy neighborhood so the sirens will wake you up if you are a light sleeper, so bring ear plugs.

Cons: Hotel rooms in NYC could always be more spacious.

Pros: Excellent and centric location, modern hotel with restaurants and bar, good breakfast, housekeeping was friendly and very diligent, front desk staff was very attentive, was able to check in early into the room, bath products were great and towels dried well, bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I requested a higher level floor but only got level 9. They go up to the 23rd floor so that was very disappointing! Also, there are too many items in the very small fridge, not enough room for your own items. NO ONE WANTS THAT STUFF IN THERE!!!! JUST PUT SNACK MACHINES IN HALLWAY!!!! NEEDS A MICROWAVE ! Loud sound with the pipes when taking a shower needs some looking into.

It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location. All hotels are expensive in NYC so I can’t say it was great value, as it was incredibly expensive, but in comparison to others, I was absolutely delighted with it

Bed sheets on sofa bed were dirty. We requested for them to be changed at 4 pm, went out for dinner and when we came back around 10 and they were still dirty. We had to call again and wait another half hour before they came with clean sheets (which they didn't put on)

No dealbreakers. Floor number in elevators are hard to see, especially for older folks. Lit up buttons are pretty much the standard. I thought there was Urin at the base of the toilet. Just discolored.

Tv seemed to change channels on its own and would reset each time it was turned off to a loud volume.

Room was large for NYC standards, big comfy bed. Huge bathroom and shower with great amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Safety was a priority with staff checking all people entering hotel and key checks to elevators after hours. Great location - many food options around, easy walk to 34th street shopping, Moynihan train, and subways.

The air conditioning in the room was awful. The room was never really cool enough and the system was loud. I didn't feel we had good air circulation.

The staff was excellent; especially our doorman, Will. From the minute he greeted me until the end of our stay, he was kind, knowledgeable of the city and ready to assist in any way he could.

Staff seems tired and overworked Didn't see do not disturb signs cleaning staff starts waking people up at 9 am on check out day. Restaurant menus are too expensive for the food they are serving. I am not sure if they are still doing wine in the pm nobody mentioned it at check-in. Pillows are too soft
