The rooms are very outdated. More than half of the wall sockets didn’t work and some of the lamps didn’t work as well. The shower has weird water pressure. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. The linen on the bed was stained. The walls are THIN! You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The AC unit was already super loud and annoying. They are incredibly understaffed so we felt really bad asking for anything.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great! We were able to walk to the strip and back with no issues!

The amenities listed were misleading. The breakfast offered was just muffins and coffee. The beds were not queen size but double beds. The pull out couch mattress was 4 inches thick, and dirty. The room has not been kep clean, dust and dirt on all counter tops, pieces of trash on the counters. And the air was only in living room with small vent to the bed room

Location was good, the rooms had enough room. The hot tub was great!

The breakfast was simple but, expected for the quality of properly. 1) Door not secured. Large cracks in the door kit. 2A) The bathtub is stained and needs to be resurfaced. 2B) Door lock failure; door stopped locking. 3) The pull~out bed ‘MATTRESS’ is filthy, nasty, dirty and not fit for a pet dog! That was very disappointing because I took a guest and they felt played, so did I!!! <~~~~~~~~~>

The staff were friendly and professional. Dennis is a keeper!!! If I returned, it would only be to get his laughs and great customer service support.

The property buildings and rooms need a great deal of work: The shower, the flooring, the outside facade, the counters, the stovetop, the closet, basically everything looks used-hard and rarely maintained or repaired. The door to my room was left open before I arrived. The shower head was not attached to the wall with a coverlet. When I switched the water to go from the tub faucet to the showerhead a putrid aroma came from the water running from the shower head. My wife was very upset with me booking this after she saw it. She nearly returned home and it took a lot of convincing to keep her there for 1 night.

The bathroom needed updating - tub and shower tiles were damaged. There was no sheet, pillows or blankets for the pull-out couch. My husband snores and I wasn't able to sleep on the couch. No utensils, plates, cups in the kitchen. Glad I brought my own breakfast food as the continental breakfast was pretty sparce. Floor was dirty - my socks were pretty black after a short time. The extended stays where I have been before were better quality.

We were able to keep our dog with us. The room was reasonably priced. Close to where we needed to be. OC worked well.

The phone did not work. The floor in the room was filthy. The bed was broken and it smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

The remote and tv in living room area did not work. The lights and ventilation in bathroom and sink area went out the morning we left while we were getting ready to leave. We had to use a flashlight. The drain in shower was really slow.

Dirty hotel room shower head a little messed up unfortunately the couch was a broken futon , heater works but kicks out a burning smell that was horrible and probably not good for you but overall I'm thankful there wasnt any bed bugs

Some people at the front desk,rude,one room was not cleaned,the rooms didn't have sheets and blankets for the second beds 🙄 not enough toilet paper,shampoo,and soap for all the people. Breakfast service is wrong,only coffee service,and small muffins available, not even decaff coffee.

The elevator was dirty, the rooms had been damaged and worn. The mattresses weren’t worn out or not stiff enough. No blankets, just sheets. No blankets in the room for the fold out bed. Restaurant fliers in the doors made me worried that you could see which rooms were occupied if someone wanted to break in. Very limited breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Urine smell everywhere especially building right of reception first floor. I think many of the guests are drug users and drunks. The place looks like ghetto! The breakfast included is a scam!

Breakfast was optional coffee or hot chocolate with a muffin, breakfast bar, or quick oatmeal. I see it as a snack not breakfast. Room floor was really dirty. No towels had to go up and ask for some.
