You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were too flat, no support. There was no blanket. The plastic corner protector fell off the wall and blocked access to the closet. The charger on the bedside clock didn't work, and I didn't know that until I woke up the next morning and had a phone with zero charge. 😡
The check-in staff was very friendly, the breakfast had many nice options and the room and Facilities were clean.

United States of AmericaWe had to put our breakfast in ONE brown bag for breakfast because the other patrons were taking more than one brown bag up to their rooms for breakfast. On a couple of occasions, I had to wait about 20 seconds to get someone up to the front desk because they were in the back doing laundry. I am sorry, but that is irrelevant! Be at the front desk to help the patrons that are staying in the hotel and the new ones that are walking into the hotel and sometimes I would not see a person manning the front desk at all.
The location was great. I had to stay a couple of days extra because my apartment was not ready, and they could give us a nice rate. Thank you to the manager during this transaction.

United States of AmericaUnfortunatley the front desk staff was less than amicable. As a Bonvoy member, we stay at Marriots quite often, sometimes once or twice a month during baseball season. I have never been treated by a staff member the way we were here. While I understand that there are rules to follow, she greatly over stepped those boundaries and was down right rude to the children that were with us. I can assure you we will never be back.
The breakfast was decent, and ready early. The location was fine, the hotel a little dated but otherwise clean.
