Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They seem to have the ice machines that were located in the center of all the rooms not working and they had the ones all the way on one end was working it was almost like they didn't want us to get any ice. The ice machines in the middle of the rooms were out of order on all the rooms or floors which is very odd to me.

Rooms are not cleaned regularly. For the ten days we were there, the room was only cleaned once and this was on request at the front desk. Towels, tissue and bins were empty daily.

If I really had to find a con I would say that the moquette is a bit stinky, not because it is dirty but because the moquette is like that. We Europeans are not used to it, but in the southern United States they adore moquette: there is moquette also in Orlando airport and it stinks as well. So it wasn't a problem, just a feature :)
This hotel is value for money!!! Good breakfast, free shuttle service to the parks, convenient position, nice bedroom with all the conforts, stunning pool with solarium. I had a great time there, I am very happy! : ) The staff is really kind and the hotel is clean. There is also a small market inside the hotel which is very convenient and free coffee in the hall with a lot of couch where you can relax! For sure I will come back for holidays:)

Tub had brown looking rust around the drain and the bottom. Don't like how there's a hold on your card, even after checkout. Just take the hole amount out. The hotel should have free parking for guest, wasn't aware of the parking fee.other than these things. I liked the hotel.
Bed comfortable, toilet clean and in good condition.

Rooms are a little dated. Parking when returning late at night can be a challenge at times, especially on the weekends.
Close proximity to Disney, US 192, Premium Outlets. Secure parking, clean facilities, and wonderful front desk staff..

I wished check in was at 3 instead of 4 and that they didn’t charge $20 per night for parking.
The location was great and the room was clean. It was a very nice hotel with 2 other connecting hotels. There are lots of restaurants nearby and even a small cafeteria on site that you can get food, drinks, & snacks at. Starbucks at the hotel was perfect for the morning! The family suite room was especially nice so that our baby had his own little area to sleep. We were able to watch a movie and eat our dinner while he slept.

There was a 1.5" black bug that emerged from my daughter's bed when she was about to crawl in at night; it was 1:00 AM so we didn't request a new room, but when we reported it to the desk clerk the next morning he just kind of waved it off and said it was a 'water bug'
The room was comfortable, the shower was nice with good water pressure, it was quiet, and the location was very convenient.

bathroom breakfast paid parking despite the last visit was free
breakfast was so poor and not suitable for Muslims, no omelets even. room bathroom was not comfortable at all as the wash basin was outside the bathroom.
