The reception area is very small and not very nice, but once you get up to the room it’s great! There is not enough seating in the breakfast area for a hotel of 28 floors! It was overcrowded and noisy and we often couldn’t get a seat!

It was a great location for accessing the subway and getting around. The tin building is really close for good food and cocktails.

Rooms were small....king bed provided very little room to move around. More than 2 suitcases would present a big problem.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, all the amenities we needed were available, nice spacious bathroom and comfortable beds.

No big dining area so ate breakfast in my bedroom, this is not your type of hotel with an extensive menu, no meal apart from breakfast but nice restaurants nearby to take out or eat thanks to location

The rooms are tiny. The photos show a bathtub in the bathroom. We only had a shower. They should have disclosed that in the description.

The location in fidi is great. The bed was comfortable.

Room is small and crowded. If you have more than 1 suitcase it is a problem.

Basic and good hotel for staying is the south of Manhattan next to the Brooklyn bridge. Hotel staff are friendly. The room was small, and it is good only for sleeping. I like the happy hour at 5:00PM, but it should be open for more hours.

The gym wasn’t the best, but it had everything you needed. The building itself is a little old and the hallways could use some updating. WiFi was mostly good, but at times unstable.

The hotel is in nice area with a short distance walk to the nearest subway. It’s also close to a lot of tourist attractions. The hotel was okey standard, good value for money, the breakfast was ok, but nothing super special. The staff was friendly.

The hotel could provide slippers to guests, especially during the winters as the floors got pretty cold and just for sanitary reasons it would be a good addition. The housekeeping was also quite noisy with the doors and this was a little annoying when we had a late night and were trying to sleep in. Additionally, breakfast was fine but quite basic, and the room overall was much smaller than expected. We were two people and found it a little cramped. Comfortable but tight space.

The location of the hotel was good with easy access to things nearby and the subway for transportation. I also liked that there was tea and coffee served for 24 hrs and there was appliances like a microwave available if we needed. The seating downstairs was comfortable to just be in during the evening.

Location was OK and we new it would be far to some of the more central and uptown areas. But it was nice. Handy for our trip over Brooklyn Bridge

Rooms were great. Especially the double room. Very good space and clean. Breakfast was perfect. Great choice and plenty of us. We barely needed lunch!

One elevator was broken, and it took forever to get from the 24th floor down to breakfast and back up to the room. But that stuff happens. So all good

The location was amazing, Fulton street station is just a couple minutes away and you can catch most dunes lined from there. Breakfast was fairly small, but truly continental, and it was good. Huge plus is the 24/7 complementary tea/ coffee in the lobby. Rooms were quite small, but nicely done as well.

Great place to stay for your first time in NYC
    • Leisure trip

The biggest downside was the sound of the ventilation/heater, like an explosion and deafening humming noise every several dozen minutes - they should do something about that. The room is dark throughout the day because you can only see a wall of an adjacent building through the window - isn't a problem if you only plan to sleep there.

It's a great starting point to see the whole of Manhattan/Brooklyn. 5 minutes by foot to the pier that will take you to Brooklyn, 10 minutes to the pier to Staten Island(free with a great view of the Statue of Liberty), 10 min to the 9/11 Museum, and 10 minutes to the metro to everywhere in NYC. Great amenities, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Quite cheap, especially in January.

Breakfast was alright, but not the worst. A little far from the train. Wish I knew more about the neighborhood from the staff.

Great room - we had a corner room on the 4th floor. Loved the windows, The breakfast was decent for what it was.
