I was hoping that the Fairfield had a Tesla charger for my car. I think I mistakenly thought it did. Maybe in the future this will be added to your property? so many drivers esp from SOCAL have Teslas and it might attract even more guests to your property.

Rooms not that clean. Baseboards were filthy. Dining area tables need cleaning after each use.

Having stayed at a number of similar grade Marriott properties for business and pleasure over the years, the included breakfast fell below typical standards. We arrived shortly after breakfast hours began (6:30 a.m.), and the "hot" food (scrambled eggs, sausage patties) was warm at best. The hot water (kept in a vacuum pitcher) was lukewarm at best, and completely unsuitable for adding to the provided oatmeal packages. Perhaps this was just an "off" day, but it was disappointing given our decision to eat at the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, which I have come to expect from Marriott properties. A "bad news/good news" aspect of this location is that one side of the hotel is directly adjacent to a freeway. Since we were placed in a room on "that side", we found that the noise level wasn't too bad unless an emergency vehicle or loud truck passed by. Generally speaking the traffic was light in the evening hours.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean . The coffee was not in the room but i went down to ask for some and they gladly gave me everything . Also the pool is still closed and the breakfast was not it. The eggs were super salty and the bacon was as thin as a paper . Staff was really nice tho.

Lauralye was absolutely spectacular! Friendly, genuine and really couldn't enough to ensure I was truly welcomed, comfortable and pleased. She provided some the best service I've had working with hotel guest relations personnel, I've I stay in hotels more than frequently.

The room didn’t have hand soap, and the air conditioning/heating unit was extremely loud. The breakfast area isn’t nearly big enough to comfortably enjoy. We had to take the food to go.

The hotel turned us away despite having a pre paid reservation. Businesses occasionally mess up but they did nothing to rectify the issue and simply blamed the third party booking service. Several other people were actually screaming at the front desk person. It was literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

The room was clean and plenty of towels to utilize to our expectations. The price for the hotel was reasonable price. Breakfast was very good and plenty. Water was available to take for traveling home 7 hrs drive.

I was not informed about the need to request room service. I assumed my room would be freshened up while I was out. Disposable cups were not provided. Fridge/Freezer did not work. I confirmed it was plugged in and it still didn't work. The breakfast buffet was the worst I ever had. 1st day: salty eggs, no meat provided, no waffle maker. 2nd day: salty eggs, sausage. Very limited and not tempting at all. I had to go out to a restaurant to eat a decent breakfast. Also the ice maker was ghetto rigged & broken. I first had to push the lever, then pull up on the broken lever in order to get the ice out.

Location is great. Convenient central location. Stayed here a couple of years ago and it was a wonderful experience. Great breakfast buffet, clean room each day, working fridge. That's why I chose it again. After my most recent experience, I will not be staying here again.
