Well, what i dont like is the smell of W__d 🚬outside and on the way to the hotel. Understandable because there are lots of 🚬stores in the area since it's already legal. I suggest you just bring a mask .

Location is great in front of the Port Authority Terminal. Easy access to restos and cafes. Room is clean with new towels everyday. Friendly staff , always smiling and very accomodating esp Keren who gave us a late check out.

Location is... NYC. This is a messy part of Manhattan, and NOT in a good sense. Homeless crowds, gangs, loud fighting on the streets at night, all of that all around. Add a bus terminal across the street into the mix and figure out the rest.

Good value for money. One of the best stays on Manhattan under $300 per night. Breakfast at the hotel is good, and you dont have to run around Midtown looking for coffee at 7 am.

I really don’t have any complaints. I definitely would stay again.

Even though the hotel offered breakfast, I didn’t take advantage of that which is no fault but my own. I often didn’t get to bed until after 3am, so waking up for breakfast was not a priority for me. I did appreciate it offered it!

It was very clean, courteous staff. The room was very clean and it had hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc) included. They had 4 elevators and they were never crowded.

Breakfast was free with your stay. With the volume of guests, it’s chaotic within a tight space. Food was cold. Coffee and juice was good.

Had a very scary incident happened in the middle of the night. A couple of naked men in the hallway in front of our door screaming for help and one performing rude acts.Very scary! Luckily a security guard came and handled the situation. It was very disturbing and frightening for us (two females).

The shower when in use made an incredible amount of noise when turned to hot/warm water, next door’s could be heard as well. The heat/air unit also made much noise, perhaps showing the age of it.the breakfast good coffee/ juice selections but the food other then bagels, muffins were terrible.

The beds (pillows etc) were great, very comfortable. Location was ok.

Location was perfect, the staff was so helpful. A very busy breakfast area, but loads of staff the keep it clean and to get you a table fast . Room was cleaned every day and new towels.

Very Good location . Rooms are OK for NY standard. Breakfast is included and there is a bit of a queue in the morning but staff are quite helpful and managed to seat people quick enough.

I did feel that it wasn’t as thoroughly clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the tub, Kleenex/toilet paper on the bathroom floor and the sheets had a mark that may have been a permanent stain. Not really enough to bother anyone as it was minor, but enough for me to notice. I also did not think they came to my room during my stay to switch out the towels as I had to ask the desk for them. Again, minor stuff but I thought it should be noted.

The property was great, only about 12 minutes from Times Square/Broadway where my visit primarily was located. I liked how safe it is that you need a key card to enter the hotel and access the elevator. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, professional and was so accommodating with extra towels and bath mat. I truly thank each of the staff members for their kindness during my stay.

The only downside of the hotel was that the breakfast became quite boring as the days went on since it was the same thing everyday for two weeks.

We loved the location and the staff. Our room was excellent as well. The view was marvelous. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. And it was very convenient that the hotel offered a great breakfast.

ELEVATORS did not work properly some of the time. Would skip floors, etc. Also, in our shower/tub, water got hot enough but if you turned hot up all the way to warm up faster, it made this terrible noise.

LOCATION was fabulous. We did have to walk a couple blocks that seemed a bit scary but didn't experience any problems. We were able to walk to many great locations from hotel. Also, staff was great and breakfast staff really great. Hotel was very clean. Also, they stored our bags securely until our room was ready and until our flight left on way home.

Waiting for elevators sometimes even up to 20 minutes, and all the days the breakfast look the same.

Maybe more selection of foods for breakfast, but other than that nothing else was bad.

Nice hotel, staff always friendly and helpful. Even did a courtesy call to check we were happy. Good breakfast, and would give us takeaway bags to take some food which was nice, never had that before. Clean place, walking distance to port authority bus terminal was very useful (literally over the road).
