What we do not like is that there is only 1 microwave for the entire floor to use. They should consider putting them in the rooms.

I like the location and the kids love the indoor pool and splash pad. As for the adults we appreciate the hot tub and grab and go breakfast.

the rooms do not have carpet, so the floors are cold make sure to bring slippers. Shower heads need to be replacing this is the second time we have stayed here and both times the shower head was not working properly. The water just sprayed everywhere. The hot and cold was backwards on the shower also, you had to turn it to cold to get hot water. Hot water was an issue also you had to leave it run for a long while and then it was not really hot. If you take your shower early its a bit better. i would not pay the cost of these rooms in the height of the season if these things where not fixed. coffee pot is a not great in the rooms so we need to go down for coffee in the breakfast area. Breakfast although it was free, it not much but a grab and go breakfast.

its a great location, only a block from the beach and only a few mins. from OC. plenty to do right around the area without going to far, you could walk also if you wanted. did not get to interact with staff other than to check in and check out, but very nice and check in was quick. wifi and cable where great and worked really well for us.

Climate controls were poor. The room became hot even after resetting the temperature to 65. The air became very dry. Housekeeping staff were loud in the am.

The bathroom was on the smaller side and might be difficult for a larger person. We were able to hear the other guests in the hall and outside throughout the night.

The room was very large and had plenty of storage space. Both beds were very comfy and the room was lit very well. Fridge was also large and had plenty of storage space.

I didn't like the towels that was provided at the pool area! Also around 2:00 in the morning not the hotel fault but somebody car alarm kept going off all night

I absolutely like the cleanliness of the hotel the staff there at the front desk were simply amazing! I have OCD bad and I do not like staying in hotels but I can honestly say it was so clean and the atmosphere was very nice I really enjoyed my stay! They just recently remodeled the hotel about a year ago and everything is up today and it seemed like you're in a new hotel! My first time staying there but it won't be my last time I live locally in the area we just wanted to get away for a day or two!

In our room the window or something leaked causing a puddle on the floor. Also noticed some mold on the ceiling from a previous leak. The floor could have also been more clean. Dirt, sand, hair, etc;

Really enjoyed the pool/spa area. The staff were all very friendly.

Felt that the restuarant could have been opened to everyone and not just Valentine's day meneu at $ 140.00 per couple. Noticed that bath tubs should have slip resistance strips down or a suction anti-slip mat to be available for guests so it could be used in tub/shower combo. More breakfast selections ie: Breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, Fresh fruit, "Crustables" peanut butter/jelly sandwiches. Possibly some Sugar Free items. Pillows in rooms could have been larger and supply blanets in rooms during colder months. Put up signs in pool area to turn on hot tub timer and splash pad timer. Larger Dog Area to do their business.

We liked the new management, upgraded hotel , everything was clean, fresh paint, new floors and pool area upgraded. A nice place to spend time. Staff attentive, door cards worked well, easy check in and out. Since traveling with dog enjoyed having a dog floor.

what we did not like was that the breakfast was not much more than a grab and go. Muffins, fruit, coffee, bagel's, and juice. coffee machines in the room, although they are the kcup kind it did not work very well at all. Coffee in the breakfast area is really good and we used that in the morning, but it would have been nice to have cup at night in our room. the room did not have a do not disturb sign, which we like as we do not always want to have room service. Without the sign you get room service regardless. also the room do not have microwave's you have to use a central on located in the ice machine area. shower head in the shower was really bad, and should have been replaced water was shouting everywhere. over all it was a great place to stay. oh and bring some slippers as the floors are not carpet in the room and the floors were really cold, which could be due to the time of year.

the facility was just remodeled not that long ago and they did a great job. the pool area was wonderful and they have a great little market if you forget anything, as we did. we forget a few items and had to use the market place on site and the cost was really not much different than if we went to Walmart. Rooms where very clean and beds where some of the better beds we have slept in over our different stays. location is really get, and you are only a block away from the beach. the inn sits right not he may fair way into Ocean city and you are with in walking distance to stores etc. staff was very friendly and helpful.
