The bathroom was dirty. We had to get the key cards activated again every day. When we first checked in our room was double booked and we walked in on people already in the room sleeping at 10pm. I hope those people were accomidated for the misunderstanding.

The beds were comfy and the management was friendly and understanding and did their best to make right the issues that occurred.

Didn't appreciate stained bed sheets. Hopefully they were stained and not dirty. Bedding had a cigarette burn. Supposed to be in a non smoking room. Couldn't get air/fan to work. Breakfast had watered down eggs and not impressed with the bacon or sausage.

Location was close to Tacoma Dome for a concert.

Didn't have a double queen room when that's what we ordered. So they put us in a double full run. People above us were up all night

The room was adequate for our stay. There was a coffee maker but no pot. The bed was comfortable and there were enough pillows. Checked out early did not stay for breakfast.

One of our room keys had to be switched out 3 times only to be told by another resident that you need to swipe the card key slowly. Should have been something the staff told us. The TV and the microwave did not work and upon investigation we discovered that they were not plugged in. There were light bulbs out in the bathroom. Luggage stand was broken & wobbly. It was nice to have a functional mini fridge. The walls were paper thin & we had very noisy neighbors that banged around for a long time into the night. I know that the hotel can not predict who their clients are, but it was annoying. Didn’t get a good rest during the night.

Good location & they we fixing it up which is a good sign. It looked like a well maintained property from the outside.

Very difficult to access breakfast area or food and beverages being offered, due to my being wheelchair bound, entering room was fairly easy but height of door plate approximately 2"when exiting was very difficult! Toilet was inoperable upon arrival, and remote didn't work but we're both corrected quickly and efficiently!

Breakfast was good!, very hard time navigating with my wheelchair, didn't even try getting second cup of coffee! Access to food was difficult at best! Going into room was fairly easy coming out of room was very difficult due to height of door sill being about 2" or more!

The room had a smell to it. It was gross, if it’s a clean room it should have a fresh clean smell to it not stale cigarettes.

Breakfast was nothing spectacular but ok. They had waffles (but no syrup; bagels but only strawberry cream cheese) stuff like that. Glad it was included in the price, unlike some hotels you have to pay extra and this wasn’t one I thought was worth paying extra for.

Facility needs to be upgraded.. everything was old.. sheets and comforters had lots of holes in them. Walls were paper thin.. small toilet. No charging station by the beds.
